  My wife and I went on vacation with our 3 kids and another couple and their two kids. The cabin was perfect and relaxing. The property is well maintained and not far from the local ski areas, sledding areas, and local restaurants. We had a great time. We would definetly come back to this place again in the future. The owners are terrific and easy to work with.

  My friends and I have rented this cabin two summers in a row. It's a perfect getaway with plenty of space. From billiards downstairs to the comfortable lounging room upstairs, this cabin has it all. It's quiet and relaxing. Plus the lake is only a short walk away.

  We stayed at this beautiful, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood, a few weeks ago. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 children. My parents rented the house so that we could all be together for a few days and relax in this peaceful Lake Arrowhead environment. We looked extensively at vacation rentals in the area and can’t believe that we didn’t see this listing immediately. It was a perfect fit for our needs. A house was needed where my mother, who uses a walker now, could get around easily without negotiating stairs or many steps and yet be on the same level where most of the “action” was happening. There is a step from the driveway to the front door, but otherwise, it is level to the front door. This home has 3 levels. The main, entry level has a master bedroom, den, living room, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. The remaining 3 bedrooms are up the stairs. I cannot express enough that this house is SPACIOUS and clean. The four bedrooms are very large bedrooms and we never felt like we were crammed in. This house must be over 3000 sq ft! Our older kids liked to hang out downstairs where there is a nice game room with pool table and a big TV. The den on the main level was also popular for watching TV. We utilized the kitchen for every meal. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, pans, and cooking utensils, even a salad spinner! And we all fit around the dining room table. The owner has thoughtfully outfitted this home for her guests. My father said she was easy to communicate with and the security deposit was quickly returned. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with this rental. We wished we had booked it for longer! I almost forgot to mention the Beach Pass. We used it every day and the kids had a great time swimming in the lake. The Beach Club loaned them boards and rings to float on, too. The golf cart turned out to be convenient. We didn’t think much about the Beach Pass, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay.

  My group rented this house over President's Day weekend. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accomodations tremendously. The home is spacious, well decorated, comforatble and, most of all, very clean. It accomodated our party of 6 adults and 3 chilren perfectly, and is very well equiped with all the necessities (plenty of blankets and towels). The kitchen is also well stocked with nice plates and plenty of pots and pans. The game room downstairs ended up being the main gathering place for everyone, who enjoyed playing pool, making good use of the bar and the big screen TV. The owner was super easy to work with and the deposit chek was returned promptly (she even went to the extra effort to make sure the few things left behind were returned to the proper owner) (very helpful). Overall, a wonderful experience, I highly recommend renting this house and plan to rent it again, hopefully sometime this summer. Thanks!

  My family and I have been spending Thanksgiving week in Lake Arrowhead for about the past eight years. However, none of the other properties have suited us as well as this one. The home (not cabin) is very comfortable and well equipped. There is plenty of room for larger families and the property is in fabulous condition. The location of the property is incredible; close to the lake and in an upscale neighborhood. It was a pleasure dealing with the property owners as well! My family and I cannot wait to return!

  We had a wonderful time at your house. It is a very beautiful place. Everyone enjoyed the fire places and game room was a huge hit. The pictures do not do the house justice. It is simply amazing in person. We had 10 people, 6 adult and 4 kids and we had so much room it was great. We were all in awe at how completely quite the area was, no sounds whatsoever. Very peaceful for sure and relaxing. The I just wish we had more time to stay longer. It was a struggle to leave and head back to reality. Maggie was great to deal with, very friendly. I would 1000% recommend this house. We are looking forward to going back this year again!!!

  Our family stayed in this wonderful home for a weekend in January. We were a large group ranging in ages 7-65 and we all had an amazing time. The house is much more beautiful in person than the pictures show so it really exceeded our expectations. One of the most important things for me was the cleanliness of the home, especially the towels and bed linens. Everything smelled fresh and clean. (Yes..I did the smell test.) The home was very spacious but cozy at the same time. Even with a large group the house never felt crowded. We prepared all our meals at the house and never found ourselves needed anything. The kitchen had ample pots, pans, dishes, everything we needed...and then some! The men & boys enjoyed the game room very much. Darts, pool table, big screen and a bar. No wonder they spent most of the time in that room! The ladies and I spent alot of the time walking the trails enjoying our beautiful and tranquil surroundings. Maggie was very friendly and easy to work with. Even with last minute requests she was very accommodating... I want to thank you and your family for allowing us to use your home and create our own beautiful memories. I highly recommend this home to everyone.

  I am very picky with houses being clean, and this house definitly was. My family and I had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the location was great. Close to the lake so we just walked, and enjoyed the beautiful lake views. I strongly recommend to familys!

  We spent Thanksgiving and 4 wonderful nights here. From ages 7 - 70, this home was perfect for all. We found the place in great condition - very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, towels, extra bedding, plenty of dishes/glasses. Activities were going on in all rooms: puzzles in the living room, board games in the dining room, pool or darts in the gameroom, movie or football on the big screen... When not enjoying the home, we enjoyed walking to the lake or taking a morning jog to admire the beautiful surrowndings. Lots of family bonding, what more could we want? We look forward to returning for another family reunion to this peaceful mountain home!

  We rented the place for our annual getaway weekend. There were seven of us, so all the extra sleeping space, living space/dens, tables, outside porch areas, grill, and etc. all worked really great for us. Clean and neat, well stocked with sheets, blankets, and towels and other miscellaneous items. Parking for four cars was good. It's in a quiet resort area far around to the north end of the lake. Follow the driving instructions carefully. Owner was really helpful and friendly, and the cleaning deposit was returned promptly. Price was reasonable for the size and arrangements.
