Come and stay in our modern, Venice home! Just a minutes walk to Abbot Kinney with all the dining, shopping and nightlife anyone could desire and just a 5 minutes walk to the Venice Beach.
Our wonderful back house is extremely private, boosts a small secluded yard, bamboo floors and plenty of windows that allows for a lot light throughout the day. Both bedrooms have sliding doors and secluded patios and each bed has top quality sheets and designer duvets and covers. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed with top quality bedding, large closet, flat screen TV with cable and a small patio area. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with top quality bedding, small walk-in closet and it's own patio with a table and chairs. The kitchen while small is fully stocked and includes microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, all tableware for entertaining including cloth napkins, serving platters and mixing bowls with an added bonus of bar style dining.
The outdoor area is secluded due to large trees and is the perfect place for dining, grilling and enjoying the warm Venice weather. It is an extension of the house itself because of the sliding door that opens from the living room to the outdoor area.
Come cook on the BBQ, dine in the garden and enjoy the Venice lifestyle. You will have a wonderful time in our home.

I stayed here in February and absolutely loved this house. It is very private. We loved opening the doors to the patio and dining outside. The living room, while small, was perfect for our family to sit around and enjoy TV on our nights in. What we loved the most was walking to Abbot Kinney to dine! Perfect location!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house met our expectations and then some. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and well maintained. In the morning we really enjoyed making coffee and sitting outside on the small terrace. Location was good, close to restaurants. Would recommend this property to a friend.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
