We had a wonderful time at our daughter's wedding which was at Marco Island Marriott Resort. We prefer condo living over hotel living and loved your condo. The condo is across the street from the resort which was very convenient for us. We loved the view of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Condo was very comfortable and clean! Very well decorated and convenient to the beach! We would highly recommend this condo !

This property owner was very responsive and I found the description to meet all aspects of the reality of the rental. It was so clean and inviting, probably one of the best rentals I have stayed at on Marco Island. IT was so nice to use the pool and everyone I met was more than personable. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wishing to have a quiet, beautiful place to stay while visiting Marco Island!

The location is perfect...you are accross from the beach access with all amenties needed. The condo was clean and up to date. All information and photos are accurate. We enjoyed the short walk to entertainment and restaurants. We were just two people however the condo is well equipped for an additional two with a Wall Bed and lots of beach chairs. Other residents are friendly and helpful...Thanks Jim...we will be back...

WOW! This condo is beautiful ... furniture and decor very comfortable and inviting. The location is perfect -- you can walk everywhere - or bring your bycycle and ride!!! Plus, the Private Beach Access to one of the most beautiful beach is right across the street!!! The amenities are wonderful ... we could not have picked a better condo!!! We will be back!!! Thank you!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay right around new years, the weather was incredible, and the unit was beautiful too! Well furnished, the trundle bed is actually confortable, and it had everything we needed. This was our first visit to Marco Island, and the island is very peaceful and beautiful. We did some day trips to the Everglades, Miami, and went to Naples a few times to shop. Definitely would recommend this unit!

We took a family Xmas vacation here and loved it! Being directly across the street from the beach access was very convenient and Jim had beach chairs & beach cart to make it very easy! He also had everything we could possibly need to cook some great meals while we were there when we weren't eating at the excellent restaurants in Marco and Naples. My daughter loved the Murphy bed! If we ever travel to Marco again, we would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent a week on Marco Island to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. My wife and I are sticklers when it comes to cleanliness; when we arrived, we were thrilled to find this condo was spotless. It was a very quiet facility when we were there in late October; we could not hear the individuals in the adjacent condo. The on-site property manager was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, church, etc. The manager and the maintenance team take pride in the building. The building is not new, but this condo was renovated in the last few years and was very comfortable. The owner provided misc. supplies such as extra beach/pool towels, beach umbrellas, etc. The kitchen is appointed with everything you might need. The access to the beach across the street was a real plus too. Finally, the owner of the condo was very responsive to our questions and did a great job making us feel confident in our selection of the condo and Marco Island as our destination. We'll go back for sure.

This is a lovely condo in the perfect location on Marco Island! Very comfortable Condo that has everything you possibly want. It even had beach chairs and a umbrella for our use on the beach! And the access to the beach was directly across the street. The beach is one of the best I have seen so far in Florida. The owners of this condo are so so nice! Thank You Jim for all the help and comunications. You enhanced our trip!!!

My husband and I went on our first kid-free vacation, and this was a WONDERFUL place to stay! The condo was very clean, nicely set up, bright and cheery and just across the street from the beach. We felt very much at home and loved it! I actually joked around about wanting to bring the red chairs home! Jim was WONDERFUL to work with before our trip and I would definitely rent from him again! What a perfect place to stay for a getaway on Marco Island! The condo is well equipped with anything you could need for a stay at the beach. The chairs/table on the deck are lovely for enjoying a meal or to read a book outside. It is so convenient to the beach and nice to have a pool as an option as well! I am writing to highly recommend the condo owned by Jim White at San Marco Residence. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need available to the renter. The view of the gulf from the lanai is wonderful! It is a five minute walk to the beach which is never crowded. I have stayed there two years in a row and have been very happy!

I just returned from staying here for 34 days!!! I had been to Marco the year before and only stayed for 2 weeks in another Condo Building which was on the beach. After much researching and actually seeing one of the Condos in this building, I immediately returned home and booked this one with Jim! I had seen the photos, and so thought I knew what it would be like..... Well, from the moment I walked in I was totally hooked! On the quiet 5th floor, with a modest entrance way, you immediately encounter a most beautifully decorated open living/dining/kitchen area! There are white Plantation Shutters across the entire west side revealing beautiful views of the Gulf & amazing sunsets. There is a big, lovely, comfy sofa facing two sooo comfortable recliner chairs, and a large dining table. The Shutters are movable, so they access the ample Lanai/Balcony. I had lunch everyday at the high seated table, enjoyed a book while sitting on one of the rockers, and even got some sun on the comfortable lounge chair! The bed was really comfortable, the shower very nice, and the bathroom spacious! I enjoyed waking up to the sunrises in the east in the bedroom which also has white Plantation Shutters. Since I was there for such a long time, I did cook dinners for myself & friends. The kitchen was wonderfully supplied! Everything I needed was there! The pool is very nice with ample lounge chairs, and the entrance to the Beach is right across the street. Beach supplies, extra linens, extra towels, cleaning supplies are just inside a big closet off the bathroom! Needless to say, everything was very clean & inviting! I would highly recommend this Condo to everyone!!!

Great vacation condo, steps from the beach

We had a blast during our Marco Island stay at this condo. The location is great; only a walk across the street from the beach. There are only a couple of public access walkways to the beach, and this one happens to be directly in front of the property. The view from the condo's balcony is outstanding; we've enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and had coffee on the balcony while enjoying the view. The condo is kept immaculately clean inside, is spacious inside, and is stocked with everything you need for the beach trip. Few words about the owner; the communication was incredibly easy and fast, all questions answered properly, and you can definitely tell that condo was done with care; it's pretty hard to find the upscale hotel room that was as beautifully decorated and as clean as this condo. Will love to come back in the future, when we decide to vacation in Marco Island again. Thanks Jim!

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island and at this condo. It was clean and well equipted. We had everything we needed. The property managemnt were pleasant and helpful. Went down to Marco in mid January and was most pleased with the property, The landlord made sure I had keys and information and the manager down in Florida took care of the rest. The rooms were spacious, the balcony overlooking the Gulf was lovely and amenities (Super market, restaurants were conveniently nearby). I would definitely recommend this condo over the expensive hotels across the street. At a third of the cost it was a bargain in paradise.

Our recent stay of 5 days was great but much too short. The unit was just as described on the web site.It had everything we needed including beach chairs & cart etc for the short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches you can imagine. The view of each evenings sunset over the Gulf from our balcony was fantastic.The owner was very helpful and the security was returned promptly.It was one of our best vacations ever.We hope to return soon.I recommend the unit highly.

We went to Marco Island for a wedding at the Hilton, but staying there proved to expensive. So we rented ths place for the weekend and was delighted. It's centrally located, and within walking distance to the major hotels. However, what made the location perfect that it was right next to one of the few public access to the beach. The balcony looked out to the beach, and the views are amazing. The apartment is well furnished and equipped. He literally has everything you could need--kettles, cleaning supplies, cable t.v. (although you will not be watching too much t.v.) and everything a well furnished house people live in everyday would expect. We could have cooked and served a feast. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful. She gave us a lot of local guidance. The pool was never crowed, and we had great use of it. It didn't seem like there were too many residences for the many amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Marco Island.

Spent a week here in early August 2010 - Certainly lived up to our expectations. Everything was as described - the location was just perfect for us. There is very little public beach access on Marco with no parking so to have a path directly opposite was ideal. Parking no problem either as there is a reserved parking bay with this accommodation. This property has been finished to the highest standards with a very well fitted kitchen and a very comfortable lounge area and bedroom. Everything that you could want is here. We had breakfast everyday on the balcony overlooking the gulf which also offers brilliant views of the sunset in the evenings. We ate in on a couple of evenings - there is a Winn-Dixie just up the road with anything that you could want. There is a also a collection of bars and restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk south on the main road which we walked to on a couple of evenings - would also recommend the ''happy hours'' at Rookie's Bar there also but leave the car behind!!!! There is also a local scheme that we used which offers you a free taxi ride to and from local restaurants - all you need to do is tip the driver - spent a very pleasant evening at the Snook Inn using this scheme. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift which i believe is being refurbished shortly - Lovely pool area also which was ideal for cooling off after walking back from the beach - Chairs and coolbox also provided which we took across to the beach on a few occasions. Overall was a really relaxing and comfortable week and when we return again one day we would definately look to re-book this apartment. Thanks for everything Jim - hope to deal with you again in the not too distant future.

We stayed 4 nights in aug 10. jim was so helpful and the condo is lovely.We were a family of 4 but there was plenty of space and it is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. The pool is big and heated and the beach very close.There are also good restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend it and we had a great visit

We stayed here for 7 days and had fabulous time Marco island is a great place very clean and peaceful not to far from the Everglades to go on the air boats or Naples . The condo is very clean and perfect great for watching the sun go down or grabing the deck chairs and walking down to the beach with a margerita while watching the pelicans and the sun slowly disapea. We would defiantly return to this condo, Jim the owner is very easy to contact and the deposit was returned very quickly a perfect stay.

Our stay was incredible - probably the most restful vacation I've ever had. Your condo was just as presented on the site. It really was wonderful! I didn't realize there were only 2 or 3 places to access the beach on the island. That direct beach access should probably be stressed more on your site (especially for people like me, who hadn't been to the island before). Parking for other locations must be a nightmare (unless staying in the highrise condos) during high season. I think the location was perfect - close to the activity of the Marriot and the other high rise condos directly on the beach, but away from the frenetic activity of those spots. The access to the beach couldn't have been better - the path is directly across the street with a shower on the route you'd follow to return to the condo, and the walk is so short! I love the fact that you have a choice once you get to the beach - you had the option to set up on the busier end of the beach with more people if you turn left, or you could explore the quieter end ( looking for shells, seeing sea turtle nests, birds nesting, osprey on the beach, fishing off the beach) if you bear to the right. We prefered the quieter end (minus the fishing). The view from the condo was beautiful - I love the contrast between the trees / other vegetation and the ocean. We didn't really use the kitchen, other than for breakfast. Even though we used the kitchen sparingly, it was well stocked with more than enough plates and glasses. I know there were pots, but since we ate out for our meals, I really didn't check through them too carefully. We were pleasantly surprised with the access to additional linens and towels - definely a nice extra. The shower was wonderful - once we returned home, we decided we need to find a better showerhead! The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal - better than most hotels. We did use the washer and dryer located on the floor. It was nice that each indicated the length of the wash and drying cycles, so I didn't need to hover for the completion of the cycle. They were large and clean - the dryer easily dried the wash load well within the indicated time. We never used the pool or tennis courts. Your place is the perfect size for a couple, but would definely work for a couple with small children. Really, everything was perfect!

Our stay was incredible - probably the most restful vacation I've ever had. Your condo was just as presented on the site. It really was wonderful! I didn't realize there were only 2 or 3 places to access the beach on the island. That direct beach access should probably be stressed more on your site (especially for people like me, who hadn't been to the island before). Parking for other locations must be a nightmare (unless staying in the highrise condos) during high season. I think the location was perfect - close to the activity of the Marriot and the other high rise condos directly on the beach, but away from the frenetic activity of those spots. The access to the beach couldn't have been better - the path is directly across the street with a shower on the route you'd follow to return to the condo, and the walk is so short! I love the fact that you have a choice once you get to the beach - you had the option to set up on the busier end of the beach with more people if you turn left, or you could explore the quieter end ( looking for shells, seeing sea turtle nests, birds nesting, osprey on the beach, fishing off the beach) if you bear to the right. We prefered the quieter end (minus the fishing). The view from the condo was beautiful - I love the contrast between the trees / other vegetation and the ocean. We didn't really use the kitchen, other than for breakfast. Even though we used the kitchen sparingly, it was well stocked with more than enough plates and glasses. I know there were pots, but since we ate out for our meals, I really didn't check through them too carefully. We were pleasantly surprised with the access to additional linens and towels - definely a nice extra. The shower was wonderful - once we returned home, we decided we need to find a better showerhead! The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal - better than most hotels. We did use the washer and dryer located on the floor. It was nice that each indicated the length of the wash and drying cycles, so I didn't need to hover for the completion of the cycle. They were large and clean - the dryer easily dried the wash load well within the indicated time. We never used the pool or tennis courts. Your place is the perfect size for a couple, but would definely work for a couple with small children. Really, everything was perfect!

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband, son, and myself stayed in this fabulous unit for six memorable days. There are so many positives, from the unit itself which is beautifully decorated and meticulously taken care of, to the gorgeous beach, and fabulous island. The units location was superb, in walking distance to shops and restaurants, and directly across from the ocean. Moreover, the units kitchen was roomy and provided everything one would need. We took great advantage of the kitchen and were able to not only cook breakfast on a daily basis, but we made two special dinners along with a cake. Our favorite part of our stay would honestly be sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. It was spectacular. We highly recommend a visit to Marco Island, and to this unit especially. This vacation was truly one of our most enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Hey Jim this place is awsome and thanks for everything. We have seen some of the other places in this building and everyone agrees that this is the nicest one out of the four that the family rented here.
