Never before offered for lease our home in Fenwick Island is located on three different floors with multiple wings affording the whole family plenty of room to spread out and relax. It is decorated throughout using natural woods and stone and glass to combine it with the splendor of the natural setting. Elegance and comfort aptly depict both interior and exterior space. Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets that are breathtaking from any of the outdoor decks or open window and doors from almost anywhere in the house. Just 80 steps will take you from our property to the beach. We have used what is called an inverted plan with most of the living area on the top floor to allow the maximum in panoramic views. There are three home theater systems, a baby grand piano, eight foot carved pool table, full size juke box, elevator to span the three floors, a cooks gourmet kitchen and so much more.

Beautiful beach home. Top floor offers wonderful view of the ocean. Attractive layout with elevator. Elegant appointments and furnishings. Gracious and cooperative owner. Highly recommended for families who appreciate fine living and can respect the opportunity to experience this lovely home.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

My family rented this property the last week of August/1st week of September. It was absolutely beautiful. The home was impeccably clean and was decorated over what must have been years and years of work. It had a professional kitchen and 5 different decks with great deck furniture. I had never been to Fenwick before, and I am a big fan. Quiet and peaceful, but only a stone's throw from the lights and bustle of Ocean City (for my active 2 year old). We loved it.
