With over 2,300 square feet of living space it’s ideal for families or couples. Non-smoking and no pets for everyone's enjoyment. 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. A spacious and open floor plan with direct ocean views lets you enjoy ocean sunrises from the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room simultaneously. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Top of the line appliances with smooth top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and granite counters. Fully stocked with cooking equipment and utensils.
Master bedroom has king size bed, direct view of the ocean and direct access to balcony, big walk-in closet and huge master bath with garden tub for two. We enjoyed this condo so much that we already reserved for next year. The amenities were awsome and there was something for all ages to do in this building. We also were close to Orlando and all the local shopping was minutes away. Daytona Beach Shores is a small city with everything close. We relaxed to the point that we did not want to leave. We would recommend this to anyone as it is very upscale and new. Bill Buffalo N.Y.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
