A gorgeous, two bedroom, two bath, non-smoking vacation rental condominium is located in the gated resort community of PGA West. This home sits on the fifteenth tee of the world famous TPC Stadium Golf Course designed by Pete Dye.

We begin our 6th year of renting out our home. The condo provides WIRELESS/WIRED INTERNET ACCESS utilizing a DSL connection.

The Stadium Course has played host in the past to such events as The Skins Game, The Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, The Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf, and the PGA Grand Slam of Golf. PGA West, better known as The Western Home of Golf, is host to six stunning golf courses, three of which are open to the public. You can sit on your patio which overlooks the course and is backdropped by gorgeous mountain views. The landscaping in this resort community is absolutely incredible.

The home has recently been refurbished with new furniture, paint, and other amenities. It sleeps five with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and an available roll-away bed for an extra guest. Wake up in the master bedroom and step from your bedroom to the patio to right on the golf course. Watch the hot air balloons soar overhead.

The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare that morning breakfast on the patio or the elegant evening dinner. A gas barbecue grill is also available on the gated courtyard entry to the home. As you sit in the living room, you can relax by the fireplace on those cool desert evenings. A wet bar is also featured next to the fireplace. The home also comes with a full entertainment system located in the living room. Included is a large TV with cable, DVD player, VCR, and CD/Stereo system. Each bedroom also contains cable TV.

Your choice of two pools with spas are located just nearby. Just walk out the back patio and in a few steps, you will be at one of the pools. This is everything you could ask in a place to stay. Just bring your clothes. Come and feel right at home.

  • Beautiful place. Very nice view of the golf course. Of course we had nice and sunny weather even though the weatherman said rain. My wife and I rented with another couple and we all had a great time without bumping into each other. The condo is plenty large and comfy too. We will rent again.

  • Our second year at this condo, we were staying for the Coachella Festival - The condo is in excellent condition, the view is gorgeous, and the proximity to the Emporio Field lets us ride our bicycles there. The owner answered all emails within a day, and the deposit was returned quickly - an overall excellent experience.

  • If you want to relax in a comfortable environment, this is the place. If you want to play golf, swim or just sit in the sun, this is the place. If you like to cook, you'll find everything you need for a full course meal or a quick snack. If you don't want to cook, there are many good places to eat. The Super-Ralphs market is just up the road and has a great take out deli. We have been coming to the desert since the 1950s and we have never enjoyed a visit more. "Two thumbs up!"

  • We lucked out to find this condo on the internet, and we were so pleasantly surprised by its location, cleanliness and decor. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2004 and were impressed to find the kitchen very fully stocked to make a great turkey dinner. The unit is spotless and very nicely furnished. We had bad luck with rainy weather, but we loved curling up on the wonderful couches in front of the fire. We were also very impressed with the ease with which we made the arrangements through the owner. He was so helpful and accommodating to our arrival and departure needs. We will definitely be back!

  • A big Thank You to our hosts for the wonderful time we spent in their condo in January 2005. The condo is well located and very clean with all the amenities on site. The location is close to all the courses with plenty of pools and walking trails. If you want a great vacation in a wonderful condo on the golf course stay in this one. The gated communitiy is well kept and very clean as well. Our dealings with the owner were professional and best of all we had a great holiday.

  • If you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing vacation don't pass this up!! The view out the patio of the 15th Hole and the mountains in the morning and at sunset was spectacular. Our party of 3 stayed here 4/28 - 5/2/2004 and I must say this condo has everything you need including a gas grill, DVD,VCR, CD player, TV's in both bedrooms, wine glasses for us wine lovers and a location near any golf course you could want to play in the area. There's a supermarket just up the road and Hwy 111 which runs through all the nearby towns like Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage and on which there are many restaurants,shops and stores is also very near by. In closing, I would like to add that the owners, The Neavels, are a pleasure to deal with. I only hope that I have the opportunity to come back and visit this area and stay here again.
