This is a great little condo in a great location right across the street from the ocean. The building is older but the condo has been updated and is well laid out, clean and comfortable. It is very quiet and most of the other units are only occupied during the summer months. The owners are excellent hosts and will insure that you have a great stay. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the condo (Tomatoes; Steve & Cookie's; Ventura's) and others a short drive away. There's a smaller, local grocery store a few minutes away which is great but you'll have to drive a bit further if you want a big box grocery. There are plenty of amenities all very close. About the owner: I grew up in Philadelphia and lived summers at the New Jersey Shore areas. It is a great place to spend your summer in a very safe & clean environment.

It is a clean, safe area with lots of fun places to go to. If you want to relax and just chill you can. However, if you choose to spend a night on the town you can do that as well. You have what you want at your fingertips with the sound of the waves and the sea breeze to boot.
