The upstairs has spectacular views of Shasta Lake as well as a loft with an HDTV and the mastersuite. The mastersuite includes a king size bed, double sinks, shower and soaker tub.
Downstairs offers more views of the Lake from the family room, kitchen and wrap around deck. After a long, hot day on the lake enjoy the cool air and bar inside or the huge, shaded, wrap around deck outside.
It is minutes away from the lake and boat slips can be rented at Sugar Loaf Mooring. This property is great for families and friends who enjoy boating or the great outdoors.

Begin your perfect summer day on the deck with a cup of coffee enjoying views of the lake and a very woodsy environment. After having a quick breakfast, head out to the lake. Quite a few launch options within a half an hour. After a fun filled day on the lake come back and barbeque and enjoy a relaxing dinner on the deck. Don't forget to bring a movie to watch on one of the two HDTVs. Collapse in pure exhaustion in one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Other features include: Beautiful Views from most of the living space in the house. Two of the bedrooms have decks off of them. Large laundry room, beautiful kitchen and bar area that have most of the amenities of home. Plenty of closet and storage space.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Wake up in the morning in a forest type setting. Brew a cup of coffee and enjoy it on the deck overlooking the lake. Once you get going, it is less than 1/2 an hour to a number of great launch spots on the lake. After a day on the lake return home to barbeque and sit out on the deck, relax enjoying your surroundings with friends and family. At the end of the day collapse into a solid sleep, that comes after a fun filled day, on one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept ending the perfect summer day! The kitchen and bar have the essentials to enjoy the comforts of home, while you are away. Nice kitchen, good size laundry room and the wrap around deck are other great features of this house. Beautiful views from most of the house and two of the three bedrooms have decks off of them. Plenty of storage space and a good size parking area are other perks of this house.
