Throw your cares away and relax to the bone or play to your heart's content! This cheerful condo greets you with large windows throughout - inviting in the sweet tropical breezes that relax and refresh your spirit. Decorated in the local tradition with hand crafted furniture, original art, and colorful walls. Located just 5 miles north of city center, the beach is about 4 miles long and is suitable for boogie boarding, surfing, fishing and cooling off. There are three great restaurants within easy walking distance. It's a quick ride in an open-air taxi (pulmonia)or the bus to reach the Golden Zone or downtown with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. We are located in a very safe area and you can feel comfortable for those early morning or evening walks. Palapas just in front of the condo protect you from the mid-day sun and the beautiful pool is large and great for lap swimming, or just playing. Sleeps up to 4 with a king bed in the master and a futon in the TV room - which is great for kids.
We offer this relaxing home at a bargain price because we would rather have more bookings than leave it empty. This is a friendly community with an on-site bilingual property manager for close attention to your needs and we have the best housekeeper around! She will make sure the condo is squeaky clean upon your arrival and she'll clean up after you leave.
A quick 15 minute walk will take you to a fantastic family water park, some local shops, and there is a tennis court on the condo grounds. During winter season, water aerobic classes may be available in the pool. This is truly your home away from home with a fully-equipped kitchen, linens, Satellite TV, DVD WiFi, CD player, washer/dryer, hair dryer. In addition, you can rent surfboards, 4-wheeled quads for zipping along the beach, and horses are available for rent near by. If you're in to flying - - parasailing is also available on the beach. Take advantage of the cheap local bus service which picks up just 2 blocks from the condo - for approx. 50 cents you can get to any place in town where you'll find fabulous local-style shopping and lots of fun things to see and do. The open air taxis (Pulmonias) are a great breezy way to get around also.

we spend 1 week in december 2011 and just love the condos so much that we planning to come back for 1 month in 2012,the condos have everyhing to cook a gourmet meal,the bed is huge and very confortable,the complex is safe and the peoples living there are awesome,lots to do around and beautiful clean beach for miles,bring your book and enjoy the loud ocean noise at night,,,,feel very relax after 1 week did not want to leave,emjoy!!!!! myke et franceRecommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

I absolutely loved staying at this condo on my visit to Mazatlan in 2010. The view of the ocean and pool were unbelievably beautiful. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was well equipped to fix meals in and enjoy the ocean front view. Getting into town was very easy with lots to do in downtown Mazatlan. Great restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beautiful place with a beautiful view.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My two stays in this condo were both very enjoyable. I have recommended it to friends that thanked me upon their return home. It was very enjoyable and out of the hectic downtown city life and yet just minutes by bus or taxi to all the popular areas. It has three miles of relaxing beach to walk up and down that is safe, friendly and peaceful. The condo itself is only separated from the beach and ocean by the pools off your balcony. It's on the seventh floor which is perfect for views, romantic sunsets and cool ocean breezes. I never experience any annoying bugs or insects. The condo is completely stocked for all your comforts and well maintained and well taken care of by the owner. It had a CD player with TV and all American channels as if I were in the US, and I even watched the College National Championship while I was there once. A nice extra, even though I didn't spend much time watching TV, as I was out doing all the other fun things. I was able to fish right off the beach from the condo with my own spinning rod and caught two nice fish. A 10 lb. Snook and a 10 lb. Pargo (Black Snapper). I had the Cerritos Bar and Grill clean, cook and serve my fish to my girlfriend and I. This restaurant is only a couple hundred yards up the beach. It was one of our best meals on our stay. However there were many great restaurants to eat out at during our stay. Some in walking distance and others we would either take a bus or taxi to. I look forward to my next trip back to this condo. It the type of place I could see calling my winter home. Enjoy your stay…. We did!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We cannot wait to go back to Mazatlan and we will definitely use this condo again...the location was perfect for our family! We spent hours hanging out at the pool and enjoyed being able to walk down the beach to eat dinner at the restaurants along the way, especially the one located at the end of the beach called Playa Bruha.. We had a great time at the water park and our kids loved riding the local bus into town to visit the aquarium. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained....the security guards are on duty 24 hours a day and we felt very safe. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had before the trip..Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We're from Bend, Oregon and we love our trips to Mazatlan when we can get away. In the meantime, we want to share our amenities at a reasonable price so that YOU can share in the fun. There is a range of activities for every interest. We like to start or end our day with a 3.5 mile walk along the beach and not be swarmed by vendors. We buy fresh shrimp early in the morning from the guys on the beach with the coolers. Delicious and fresh. When we don't cook at home, we walk to one of three nearby restaurants or hop on the bus and go downtown. The sidewalk dining is always fun, fresh, and affordable. We enjoy shopping the central market for fresh produce and souvenirs, and the Old Town art galleries and shops. With a performing arts center, guided tours to the inland tequilla factory, historical old towns in the hills, and golf and tennis, we always find something fun to do. Of course, beach or pool time with a good book is a great way to relax. We know you'll have a wonderful time in our clean, cheerful and comfy home away from home.
