We love the views from our 10th floor unit in the WEST tower of Beach Colony Resort! It overlooks the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, you can see the new fishing pier as well, and also has an excellent view of the sound and the island from the main balcony and kitchen nook - we enjoy sitting there in the evening, too! The view provides a wonderful panorama of the landscape and wildlife of the beautiful Navarre Beach area.
Beautifully decorated, there is a sectional sofa in the living room and a 46 inch flat-screen TV. Bedrooms have lush tropical or beach decor. We have two comfortable Aero-beds (inflatable mattresses with motors) stored in a closet, and two folding cots for the convenience of our guests. They are easy to set up and move.
The Beach Colony is a luxury high-rise condominium complex positioned in the heart of the small Navarre Beach community. Take a dip in the largest pool on Navarre Beach, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, or just relax on your balcony and enjoy the Gulf breeze. You're only steps away from restaurants, and just a short drive to golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment - everything being at the beach has to offer.

Great Condo!!! This condo is in a great beachfront location overlooking the amazing Gulf on one side and the beautiful island and sound on the other side. This condo is very spacious with excellent furnishings. Great sectional sofa and very comfortable bedding. Plenty of dining space and great kitchen with all the amenities. This condo is well kept and very clean which is a must for our family. Love that this condo came with 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, daily!! (Most condos don't include this.) Extra large balcony with table and chairs is a great place to enjoy breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed our walks to the pier and the local restaurants. We go to the beach with extended family every year so the layout, beautiful furnishings, and size of this condo is perfect to meet our needs to enjoy each others' company without being too close for comfort!! We will definitely return to this condo again and again!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in this condo in June 2011. The condo is not your typical beach unit. It is new, very clean, extremely spacious and the furnishings are very upscale. We relaxed in all the amenities of home during our stay at the beach. I definitely recommend this property as well as any other property that this owner has to rent.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I wanted to write and express how pleased we were with this condo we stayed in during June 2010. The condo was extremely well appointed with great beds, baths, kitchen, and family areas. The condo was new, extremely clean, and the owners have clearly taken pride to make sure anyone staying there would feel "at home". I have to say it was no less comfortable than my own home (which is not what I typically expect from a rented condo). The view from the balcony was also very nice. When the kids got tired of the surf, they really enjoyed the pool as well. In addition, entire Navarre Beach area was very nice and the beaches were not too crowded. I would definitely recommend this condo (or any other condo these owners had) to any family or friends who wanted to visit a Gulf coast beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
