Our ground floor, non smoking, pet free villa/condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom and has an attached master bath that was completely renovated in 2012. The master bath now has a beautiful tiled walk in shower There is a wall mounted flat screen HDTV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a view of the golf course and a separate entrance to the patio. The second bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen TV. There is a second bathroom in the hall next to the bedroom. This bath was also renovated in 2012 and has new tile and granite top vanity. Additional sleeping is available on the queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Our villa is equipped with free, unlimited telephone usage in the United States, cable and wireless internet services.
From the dining area, living room and patio, you can enjoy views of the 7th hole of the Brigantine Course. The spacious living room has a 42' HDTV flat screen TV with a dvd/vcr player for your enjoyment. Step outside the front door and you are a two minute walk to the pool, lighted tennis courts and lake. A short stroll will take you to the beach. Our villa is one of the closer villas to the beach. For those who prefer to drive to the beach a Shipyard Beach Hangtag is provided with your security pass at the front gate at no additional cost.
Shipyard has two gated entrances and the Pope Ave. entrance will put you minutes from the shopping area. The Rt. 278 entrance is close to the Shelter Cove area. Shipyard also has bicycle paths throughout the plantation. Bicycle rentals are convenient and most companies will deliver and pick up from the villa.

Our return vacation to Hilton Head was renewing and relaxing. We had not been to the island for 15 years and this return trip with our 2 sons was a delight. The villa was perfect for our needs. Very nicely maintained and comfortable. We rented bikes the first day and rode them to the beach daily. This villa and the island in general is our very favorite family vacation spot. We REALLY - REALLY hope to return next summer -- or anytime.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Just had a great vacation in this beautiful condo. Everything about it, inside, outside, furnishing is like brand new. Location on golf course is perfect with all the shade trees and the pool is just across the parking lot beside a lake. Taking the shuttle to the beach was fun and convenient. A+++++Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had such a wonderful time in your beautiful villa. The decorating is gorgeous. The layout is perfect. The unit had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the back patio overlooking the golf course. Perfect location....nice and quiet. The nature walks we took were spectacular, from the beach to seeing white Egrets to Blue Heron's to Alligator's in the lagoons, simply magnificient. The pool was a two minute, pleasant walk. We had a very relaxing holiday weekend in Shipyard. Looking forward to coming back. We would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone, this unit and this community is super quiet, comfortable and beautiful. Thank you Bryce and Tina for lending us your slice of paradise. MLRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.
