About this property

This cozy cottage is nestled in a wooded and landscaped setting with a sandy beach, boat dock, boat ramp, and fishing pier. Lake Murray is known for it's striped and large mouth bass fishing. Enjoy swimming, boating, water and jet skiing, tubing, and more. We are located just 2 miles from Dreher Island State Park.

This quaint cottage sleeps 6, a spiral staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom which has 2 twin beds and 1 set of bunk beds. Downstairs has a Queen size bed in the Florida room/bedroom. The Living Room has an entertainment center with a TV/VCR and Streaming TV. There is 1 bathroom. The kitchen has all the amenities, ex: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, linens, and towels. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. Adequate parking for cars, boats and trailers.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We loved this place! It could use some updating, but for the price it is well equipped. This place wouldn't be friendly for those with limited mobility because there's lots of step ups and step downs. It wasn't any sort of issue for us, but could be of concern for others. Owner of the property was super nice and responded quickly. The boat ramp and beach were in great shape and made this a wonderful property for us with a bass boat. The lake was down a few feet and we were still able to put in our bass boat. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The shower was super small and that was the biggest drawback for us, but the advantages heavily outweighed this. We absolutely loved the covered porch and beach to hang out. The grills could use some cleaning. We wanted to use but chose not to because we didn't want to clean them. Overall, we love this property and will certainly be back with our child and family!
