  Wow .... What a place .!!! From the second my wife and I walked in I knew it was going to be a great weekend, it instantly set the tone for our entire stay, from the attention to detail in each and every room to the location which was also was fantastic having great shopping and over a dozen great resteraunts right downstairs, I cannot tell you how nice it was to pull in and not have to drive again until Monday, Jeff, you did a superb job on your place sparing no expense and it certainly shows , thanks so much for a great weekend, see you again soon .!!!

  Fantastic place with a lot of great amenities! Place has an Executive feel in one of my favorite areas of silicon Valley. There is no question that this will be the only place I stay when I return!

  We stayed at this loft for six weeks and it was perfect for us. The pictures on the website were exactly what you got. It was very clean and well maintained. Jeff and Michele could not have been more helpful before and during our trip. Santana Row afforded us the ability to leave the car and walk to meals, movies, shopping or just enjoy the flowers and atmosphere. The residence of the building were very friendly and the whole experience could not have been better.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Everything was perfect. The Owner made everything to please us. He anticipates every single need you could have during a short term vacation rent. It was hard to leave and when I look at the pictures I only have one thing in mind, to start it all over again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

  This is the second time we have stayed, and again everything was perfect. There was even an arrangement of cookies as a thank you for us staying there a second time. The owner really goes out of his way to make sure we are happy with everything. I can’t speak highly enough of the place and the location

  Great location and a great place, and the best part, is was exactly as advertised from the pictures to the amenities. The owner was easy to get a hold of, and willing to do anything he could to help me out in any way, and make my stay as comfortable as possible.

• Second Stay!

  This was my second stay in the loft, and just as before I had a great time. It is the best location in the area, and the convenience of having a few food items in the unit upon my late arrival really was a nice touch. The pictures and the description are spot on, and next time my work sends me back, I will certainly be staying here again.

  My husband and I stayed at The Loft for almost the entire month of April. We loved the unit; top notch. All the photos on the website are exactly how the unit looks. The unit comes stocked with food and drinks. It was very clean and welcoming. Santana Row really is the best place to stay in the area. It's nice to have such a great selection of good restaurants and shops right below us. We visit San Jose on a regular basis and would definitly stay at this unit again. All the conveniences of home. Highly recommended!

  The place was amazing! It felt like home the moment I walked in with a full bar and food already stocked in the fridge. It was clean and everything from the furniture to the decor was well taken care of. Santana Row was beautiful. The pictures and description were right on point. Just go down to the first floor and you're in the middle of it all. The owner/s were very helpful once I got there. They gave great recommendations for food and shopping. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay!
