  We have been going to Florida for years. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn on GulfView across from this condo. The condo stay was far better. Roomy and very nice view of the bay. We saw dolphins daily and the location is very nice. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommed this unit. Only thing would be a better cleaning in the master shower. A little mold in there but still well worth the stay. Its a great price and again a beautful condo.. We will stay there when we go back in 2014..

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The condo was wonderful. It was very nicely furnished, plus it was nice to have a washer & dryer in the condo since the beach needed to be washed out of things. It was conveniently located to beaches, restaurants & theme parks. While the condo is located within walking distance to the beaches, it still gave a feeling of being "away from it all." We saw dolphins & other fish swimming in the water by the docks just off of the balcony. We had 6 adults stay in it & it was plenty of room for all of us! We plan on returning & hopefully getting this same place again in the future!

  The condo was exactly like the pictures! After a crazy time at Disney it was so great to relax in this spacious and clean condo. Plenty of room for all of us, walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants. It was a nice touch to see the dolphins swimming in the Bay each afternoon as well! We even got to see a manatee swimming by the dock! Plenty of great memories-we would recommend this property to anyone!

  I truly enjoyed our stay at this location, the pictures were all very accurate. The place was ideally situated, and had everything we could have asked for. It was a 5 star! Kevin was a dream to deal with, everything went very smoothly and we will definately be back.

  After a 5 days cruise, my wife, me and 2 other couples, went to Clearwater Beach and we had an excellent time at this condo. This location was perfect, walking distance to everything (Restaurant, store, etc...), 5 minutes walk to one of most beautiful beach I have ever seen in Florida! Even if the building was under scheduled maintenance (exterior painting), it didn’t really bother us. Workers were very professional and unobtrusive. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and equipped with 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Very practical. No hesitation to recommend it to anyone!

  First time I have used a vacation rental and it was a very nice experience. Great place for a family reunion. Condo was clean, nicely furnished and equipped and in a good location. Property manager was superb and not only helpful, but timely in her responses. Electric BBQ outside on the deck was a nice plus for a family reunion. Highly recommend this condo!

  We were very disappointed in the unit and the building. The building is under scheduled maintenance. As a result there was construction material scattered throughout the walkways and the garage. There was no parking in the garage. The pool is closed. It is very noisy due to cutting the tile on the walkways. There was no disclosure given in advance regarding the maintenance. Additionally, the unit is dirty. It was obvious this accumulated over the years of poor housekeeping with departing guests. The stove has not been cleaned in years. There is mold and bugs on the window ledge of the bathroom. The toilets were disgusting and barely flush! Dried food on kitchen utensils and dishes. I do not recommend this unit! Nor do I recommend itrip!

  Owner response: The work on the building was a surprise to us and we gave this tenant a discount because of it. The building is being repainted and that will soon be finished. And it will look better than ever. As far as the cleanliness of the unit, we offered to send our maid service back in there and were told to keep them away. We take great pride in having a very clean condo. This is a person that wanted to exaggerate the circumstances and was trying to get us to Comp her stay. There really wasn't any problem with the unit. She just wanted to attempt to extort money from us. A very sad reality.

  My family and I just came home from Clearwater Beach last Saturday and we had an excellent experience staying at this condo! The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything, 5 minute walk tops to the beach! It was VERY clean and I absolutley loved the view from our balcony, we woke up to dolphins swimming in the marina pretty much every morning. I have been traveling to Clearwater Beach with my family for years and now I wouldn't go back without staying at this condo. Thanks Kevin...great place and great price!!!

  The condo was spacious and beautiful! We loved staying here. It was quiet but very close to so many activities. We didn't drive much since we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to do. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and manatee. Our kids loved it too. We highly recommend this condo.

  Took the family to Clearwater Beach. Loved this place. Walked to everything. Restaurants, shopping, drug store. Pier 60 is great. Road wave runners at Clearwater Marina. The people running this condo are top notch. Great service. Kudos to Micelle and Sue.
