  We found on our arrival an immaculate, comfortable home. Would especially like to thank the owners for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this property. The small amenities like movies, cards, housecoats, and kitchen full of everyday spices was the ''icing on the cake'. We were especially fond of the view from the deck enjoying our breakfasts and evenings from there. As in a previous review, location was central to everything required. Another thank you to Mark and Maureen for the detailed instructions and information on the surrounding area. Would love to come back another time, but definitely would have to make it longer.

  What a wonderful experience!! My husband rented this condo during the summer of 2012 due to a short job relocation. The owners are an absolute delight to deal with and definitely went above and beyond in every way. The condo is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Perfect for a short or extended stay and truly has everything you might need to feel "just like home." Paradise Valley Mall is just down the street along with more restaurants than you can imagine. Our children loved the weekends we got to "go visit Daddy" and couldn't get enough of swimming pools. Definitely would love to stay here again and can recommend this property to everyone.

  First, we have to say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Close to the 51, "kitty corner" from Paradise Valley Mall, could walk to Target, and Costco was about a 1/4 of mile away as well. Restaurants were convenient and walking distance to Stonecreek Golf Course. We stayed in this condo for six weeks during December 2011 and the first two weeks of 2012. If you like to shop or golf you can't beat this condo. From having the convenience of walking out of the elevator and having your front door be right there was handy when bringing groceries, etc. home. We call it home because it has all the amentities of home. We LOVE the comfort of the bed. So much so, that we are attempting to get one of our own! The grounds were immaculant, the pools and hot tub were great and with this condo being on the second floor we felt very secure. It was very peaceful as well. The view out the balcony of the golf course and the pool was great. There is a waterfall by the pool that if you leave your sliding door open is wonderful to wake up to. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

  My husband, my 18 month old son and I stayed at this property for the entire month of August. We picked it because of the location and because the pictures on the website made it look so inviting. We were not disappointed. I don't even know where to begin in listing all the qualities this condo has! I'll try to break it down... The residence: well maintained (there seemed to always be a gardener, or cleaner, or security guard around) safe, and quiet. It's right across the street from places like Target, IHOP, TJMAXX and the mall but it doesn't even feel like it as it's very peaceful. We went to the nice pool in the morning and in the evening (it was too hot to go during the day with our little boy) and the people we came across (mostly elderly) were very nice. My husband also took my little boy for walks along the golf path that's next door and they enjoyed it. The condo: clean, very homey, with super comfortable bed and sofa. The fully equipped and functional kitchen has granite counter tops and it's pleasant to cook in there. It has a dishwasher which is also nice. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a pack-and-play for smaller children (we had our own). The condo is in front of an elevator which is very practical when carrying groceries in one hand while trying to hold on to a kid with the other. You can also see the pool from the condo as well as the golf course. Where we grocery shopped: I'm absolutely in LOVE with Fry's Marketplace, located on the corner of Shea and Tatum (about a 3 minute drive from the condo). From the covered parking spaces to their gourmet foods, I could stay in there forever. We especially like their fresh fruit bowls and their baked goods. We ate out at and recommend: IHOP (across the street), Red Lobster and Olive Garden (down Cactus Road), Chilis, (also on Cactus) Panda Express (on Tatum) and Burger King (also on Tatum). If ever you drive out to Scottsdale Road and Shea Blvd, there is a Denny's that has the nicest owners I have ever come across. Strongly recommend as well. Because of the extremely hot weather (115 degrees!), we didn't really walk outside of the residence during the day, instead preferring to enjoy the cool air-conditioning in the apartment. The gym is also air-conditioned but only my husband had enough courage to go use it. :) Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely rent this place whenever we are back in Phoenix.   My family from the Philippines recently stayed in this condo for 9 nights and they loved it very much. The condo is very clean and spacious. The location is great! You can view the swimming pool from the balcony and the village is just beside a golf course. We cannot ask for more! The unit has all the amenities we need and it's very comfortable living here. Will surely love to come back here if there's an opportunity! :)

Idealy located, gated community with swimming pool and golf course views. Recent upgraded condo showed like a just cleaned model and housed comfortable furniture and luxury bed. Minor problem with internet was solved immediately, and everyone at the complex was friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and shopping nearby was another plus. If available I would stay here anytime I returned to Phoenix. Recommended for: ELDERLY , ADVENTURE , TOURISTS , ROMANTIC

  We stayed in this recently upgraded condo for the months of February and March 2011 and found the property to be perfect for our needs. The condo was clean and well maintained with all features and amenities accurately described in the listing. There is a great view from the balcony of the swimming pool, golf course and mountains in the background. We really enjoyed the well maintained pool, the walking paths on the adjacent Stone Creek golf course and the many restaurants and shops in Paradise Valley and nearby Scottsdale area. It also made a great base for visiting many other Phoenix and Arizona attractions.The owner's local rep, Todd, did a good job with both our check-in and check-out and we would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

  The best part of our Arizona vacation was this condo. It was quiet, roomy and had all the amenities we would ever need for a vacation home. We enjoyed the nearby shopping and golfing and the swimming and exercise at the Anasazi complex.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo in October and we would definitely return. The condo was immaculate with the most comfortable king bed and clean & fresh bed linens. It has apparently been recently renovated and the upgraded kitchen and bathroom were perfect.It's central location was a plus as it's right across the road from the Mall and close to just about everything! The balcony overlooks the pool and part of the golf course and it was lovely to sit there in the evenings with a cocktail or two. Communication with the owners was excellent and several emails were exchanged before and after our visit. All in all a wonderful stay!
