The Lucey Cottage is located on Lake Michigan on the South end of Jacksonport. There is a path that leads from the cottage to the sand beach. The cottage itself is directly on the water and there is a stone patio with table, chairs and gas grill. Inside you will find a very clean and comfortable living room and full amenity kitchen with everything you need to prepare, cook and serve meals. There is a table for 4 in the kitchen and an additional larger table in the dining area perfect for puzzles and games! There are 2 bedrooms with a queen in one and 2 twin beds in the other.
The Lucey Cottage has hardwood floors in the dining room, living room and bedrooms. This cottage has lots of living space and vaulted ceilings. You can walk to Lake Side Park and the center of town in just 5 minutes. There is a very nice little grocery store, numerous shops & galleries and 3 very good restaurants right in town. You will be just 6 miles from Baileys Harbor, 8 miles from Egg Harbor and 11 miles to Fish Creek.

This cottage is the perfect place for those who want peace and quiet, lake views, and comfort. The cabin was very clean and well kept. The lake was accessible within a few yards walk. Appliances were very clean and in working order. The location is convenient to many popular Door County attractions but allows you to escape the crowds at the end of the day. The location was also very convenient for walks in Cave Point County Park and lovely wooded roads without traffic. For winery lovers it is also close to wineries for tasting and purchasing local wines.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The property is exactly as the photos represent...quiet, peaceful, gorgeous view up and down the beach. A bit worn looking on the outside, but immaculate, and everything we needed. Just right if you want to reflect, walk, talk with good friends. CLOSE to all things Door county, then "go back home" to your vacation retreat from tourism.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

This is a nice simple cottage. This description above is very accurate. My husband, daughter (age 1), and I had a lovely time. It was nice and quiet and if you are a nature lover, this is the spot for you! The outside of the cottage is a little weathered but the inside is beautiful and well-maintained. One note is that there is not a dishwasher. Additionally, a note for allergy sufferers that the fireplace does not have glass doors and I found the ashes from the fireplace bothered my asthma a bit. This is a really nice place to rent for a small family or couples. I don't think I would rent it with another family since the ceilings are vaulted and the rooms are divided by curtain dividers, you don't get any real privacy. The process of renting was very smooth. I would definitely rent from this company again and rent this cottage again sometime.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This cabin is very nice and clean.. Great views and nice beach area. I was very pleased !! If you are looking for very quiet and peacful trip to door county this is the place to stay...Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
