The property is very spacious with beautiful view. It's very serene and I wish I stayed there for a week. We will definately camo back and rent the same property. It's actually a bargain for such a betiful house.

Our group of 7 women thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house is spacious, clean, well maintained, equipped and nicely provisioned - even though "floral" isn't quite my taste. I was a little worried that the listing photos concentrated more on the exterior views than the home's interior, but that proved unnecessary. And the views really are spectacular. We had all been to the wine country before so proximity to "big" towns was not an issue for us. In fact, we much enjoyed chatting with the owner/wine makers when they were making their work rounds on the property and checking the crush which was onsite (not intrusive at all, BTW, because of the layout of the house - on a slope, with the view, working vineyard and winery equipment all downhill of the house which only added to the charming view). Walking and jogging thru the vineyard was fun and unique. The airport in the near distance was not even remotely noisy and only added to the visual enjoyment.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Icaria. It is a beautiful house and even more beautiful property. We arrived late at night and did not see the vineyard until we woke the next morning - what a view!!!! It was everything we hoped and more.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this home and were enchanted by the views and the peacefulness of this vineyard. The house is lovely, with spacious rooms, lovely decks, large and modern bathrooms. The location is perfect for exploring Sonoma's wineries, conveniently just off the main road, but very private and secluded. We will definitely be back!

Fun place for kids and families alike. Enjoyed the location. Fantastic location for wine tasting away from the crowds and awsome bike rides. When the weather turned on us it was so nice to come home.

Six girlfriends and I rented this house for a weekend getaway. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back. The house and property are beautiful; we purposefully lazed around in the mornings and came "home" between wine-tasting and dinner to get maximum time to enjoy the house. We found the location -- more in the countryside than in the heart of Healdsburg -- peaceful and convenient (still just a 15-minute drive to both Healdsburg and many wineries). We also found the house spacious, with enough room in the master bedroom for us to put down two air mattresses so everyone could have her own bed. And the kitchen is delightful and fully equipped with anything you might need for cooking. We highly recommend that you stay here!

Six of us rented this home for a weekend of wine tasting. What a surprising find and lovely find! The home is located in the midst of a winery, set atop a rolling hill. We were greeted with a view of a valley that is speechlessly beautiful. A must stay venue if you are looking for quiet, tranquility, and beauty. We enjoyed this house and its surroundings so much that we are definitely coming back and renting next year.

Great place to get away from the daily activities. Very clean, very quiet and close to everything. We celebrate our aniversary there and were able to go to different places from there about 10-15 minutes from Golf, City of Healdsburg, Lake Sonoma, Russian River and all the main Wineries like Francis Coppola and others. Friendly people a very good experience.

We flew into the Cloverdale Airport (060) and arranged for a pick up. The area has lots of boutique vineyards/wineries with tasting facilities. We toured the area sampling the Alexander Valley's excellent wines. A really nice place to relax - ideal for a honeymoon. The airport is really within hiking distance - about 1 mile away - but far enough that you'll never be bothered with the noise. Check it out on Google Earth - it's there! The nearby community is welcoming, but don't look for excitement if thats your thing. Good food can be had at the local restaurants, but the house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. As we were departing there were skydivers assembling. Not our thing, but if you are the adventuresome type it looks interesting.

Cloverdale is a rare treat. This bucolic community is the essence of small town America. We can see why it was voted as "One of the Coolest Small Towns in America by Budget Travel Magazine. My wife and I along with another couple enjoyed this fabulous home with beyond spectacular views and vineyards. We strolled through the vineyards and observed wildlife all around, deer, wild turkey's, hawks and a plethora of other birds almost every morning as we awoke to the sunrise. We had the opportunity to meet with Winemaker for Icaria Creek and taste current bottled wines as well as barrel taste some of the wines that are waiting to be bottled. We will definitely return to Cloverdale and Icaria Creek on our next jaunt to the Wine Country.

For a lover of wine, this property provides great access to Alexander Valley and Anderson Valley. The house itself is clean and well-appointed. Best of all, it is in the midst of rolling hills of grape vines. Highly recommended.

I spent an idyllic weekend relaxing at this amazing property with some friends. We took a beautiful walk around the property, through the rolling hills and around the pond, sat on the deck and sipped local wines, cooked in the well appointed kitchen, and slept well in the comfortable rooms. This house is beautifully laid out, spacious, open and airy and very nicely appointed. It is so close to everything, including a world-class Friday night music series right in downtown Cloverdale!

I couldn't ask for a more relaxing few days away from the city. An excellent location, near the freeway, but behind a hill that blocks any highway traffic noise. Modern, clean, comfortable property. Beautiful view of the vineyard spread out below and to the east. Perfect spot for a second cup of coffee on the deck in the morning. Lots of smaller wineries and several larger ones within a 30 minute radius; tours and tastings without the crowds of the Napa area. Highly recommended.

A comfortable, beautifully decorated and well furnished home with a commanding view of Northern Alexander Valley and the Russian River looking East. Coffee with sunshine in the morning and wine with sunset in the evening. Vineyard, winemaker and cellar included. Wonderful! Exploring and touring with bicycles, autos or shuttle bus along with dining, shopping and winery visiting is casual and friendly. Great roads surround the area for driving enthusiasts. Delightful!
