  The house superseded our expectations. We were a group of 14 which included 4 teenagers, and 3 elementary age kids. Not at any given point did we feel like we were stumbling over one another or in each others way. It took a little bit for the upstairs area to cool down, but with the use of the provided fans it was absolutely amazing. We spent 7 days on the go, and it was so comforting to come back at night to a very home-like place. We recommend this for large groups of all ages, and will be back in the future to rent again.

  Our family of 13 recently enjoyed a Florida vacation at this home. This was the first time we had rented a vacation home. Frank, the owner, was extremely nice, answered questions by phone or email very fast. The home was perfect. It was clean, spacious and well decorated. It had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room. They also thought we had the Princess Bedroom and the Star Wars bedroom done just for them. The home was close to all the parks and shopping. The only regret....a week was too short. Thanks again!!!

  We just had a stay at this Fantastic home... We came up for "The DisneyWorld Family 5K Fun Run". Needed a Large home to accommodate our Big extend family, Children, Grandchildren and Friends... This home was a Perfect Fit. What a Deal. Everyone together for dinning and having fun. This home has all that we could ask for. Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Air Hockey, TV's every where, WIFI and the BEST part everyone had their own bedroom. ALL this for a really Great Rate... Location was terrific. Minutes to All Disney Attractions, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood... Shopping for food and drinks was just up the road on Irlo Bronson Highway. Susan (the owner) was great on communications. No surprises... Every thing exactly as advertised... Thanks Susan for letting us borrow your home... We will be back... The Mercer's

  First of all, the house was very clean and well appointed. The owner was easily available, friendly and very helpful. The listing photos accurately described the home in every way. It was very comfortable and our family had a wonderful time together. Of course the location was perfect for all the Orlando attractions, as well as several nearby grocery and good restaurant selections. We would not hesitate to recommend this property favorably to friends or family.

  A house is a house, is a house, right?. Not so with this house. When we booked this house we did not know what to expect but believe me when we arrived it rose above all our expectations. What 7 year old granddaugher wouldn't want her own Princess bedroom. What 10 year old grand-son wouldn't want his own Starship bedroom. Then to top it off a recreation room with Air Hockey, Pool table, Game machine with many games one can play, and also play things for the under 5 year olds. Walking outside one was met with a spacious patio with a hot tub and swimming pool. With all of this it was a pice of cake keeping the grandkids super happy and occupied while we prepared to leave for the parks. Also for us a fully stocked kitchen where one could cook meals instead of going out to a restaurant every day was a real cost savings. There was plenty of rooms that one could stretch out, watch TV, and just relax after a day at one of the attractions. And that was another plus, it was so very close to all the attractions. So in closing, the house was described accruately, was clean, pool was wonderfully warm, hottub was hot, and we would recommend this house to our friends as a terrific way to do their stay and enjoy their days at Disney.

  This was our first trip to Florida and Disney World. We came down with another family and shared the house. Had plenty of room. The kids loved their bedrooms, the game room and the pool! The dads also liked the game room! House was very clean and well maintained. There was just one minor complaint.....the master bedroom downstairs is a little warm. We just used the fan from the game room and it helped a lot. Would not stop us from renting again if we come back to this area. This house was very close to the Disney area. We,of course, did all four parks. We also went to Sea World and Legoland. Had a great time at all the parks. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to be close to the parks!

  La distribución es excelente, esta muy bien equipada y decorada. Tiene todos los electrodomésticos, vajilla para disfrutar una estadía como en tu propia casa. Ideal para 2 o 3 familias Mis hijos adolescentes se divirtieron mucho en el play room y en la pileta. El jacuzzi es ideal para luego de una larga jornada en los parques La pileta estuvo siempre impecable. El mobiliario es de muy buen gusto, y los baños son estupendos, éramos 9 personas y nunca falto el agua caliente. El Resort es hermoso, tranquilo, seguro y se nota la limpieza y la cuidada parquizacion. Está a 10 minutos de los parques y accesible a las principales rutas. Cercano al complejo por la 192 hay toda clase comercios y supermercados y un enorme Walmart a solo 10 minutos. Los dueños de la casa son muy atentos y serviciales, respondiendo a nuestras demandas prontamente, al igual que la gente que administra el Resort. Todas las fotos y la descripción de la casa son reales y no hay mentiras. Aquí la gente es muy seria y honesta. Recomiendo este lugar a parientes y amigos, y si vuelvo a Orlando no dudo en alojarme nuevamente aquí, la pasamos genial

  Already planning the next visit. House was perfect for our large family and was nicely decorated. Check in process was smooth and house was clean and in great condition. Owner was very pleasant to work with. Pictures don't do the resort or the house justice. Beautiful entrance to the area. I highly recommend this property.

  I have stayed four times in orlando, first time at emeral isles. It is a truly gated commuity with a resort feel. The staff at the resort are above average. This house is really well cared for and has lots of room for two or even three families. The games room is exellent and the pool and hot tub were heated very warm... It does have a smaller pool but if the pool is for kids it works great and the do not skimp on the heat like some other places.. Home owners were bery accomidating when called and management company eas very responsive. I was a little worried when i got a voicemail saying they were closed on sundays ut when i left a message they responded within 15 minutes. Community pool is a bit small but great games room and lots of info on attractions.
