We stayed at the property the first 2 weeks of January, 2012 and found everything just as advertised. The owners go to great lengths to make sure their guests are happy. Their place is clean, comfortable, convenient to the Snowflake lift, and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The condo is well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. plus a nice selection of spices for cooking. A nice touch was a surprise goody bag left for us at the top of the stairs one day when we were out skiing (really loved the M&Ms and hot chocolate packs). We received two phone calls while we were there: one to make sure everything was up to our expectations just after we arrived and the second at the end of our trip to make sure we knew what time check-out was and how long it would take us to get the Denver airport. I hope that next time we come through we'll get to meet the owners since they live in Breckenridge. Thanks for everything and we hope to visit again in the future! (And we did get a couple of glimpses of the local fox trotting early evening.)

My husband and I had to write to let other people know what a wonderful vacation we had staying at your lovely condo. It was beautifully decorated and exceptionally appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the ski lift and town without having to move our car. Your guestbook was extremely helpful in answering any questions we may have had. We look forward to being able to stay with you our next trip to Breck and would highly recommend your condo! My husband and I had the best time on our last visit to Breckenridge. We were there from 1/23 - 1/27/10. Wayne and Patricia provided more than a rental, they made it feel like home. The unit was easy to find. Parking is right in front of the unit and you really can ski out and ski home in the afternoon. Lift purchases are available at the base of the Snowflake Lift which makes everything so easy. With the location of this unit, it makes it very easy to gain access to multiple peaks which was a plus. The condo is very clean. The kitchen has every possible pan, bowl or utinsil you could possibly want. We also liked the fact that the unit had a washer/drier located inside. Each evening we would ski home and settle in on the couch and watch the snow fall. We were fortunate enoguh on our visit to see beautiful foxes running by and playing in the snow. We will be back to Breckenridge and we will be contacting Wayne and Patricia for availability. Everything is exactly as they desrcibe - no surprises!

My husband and I stayed in this condo in 2008 and are returning in December, 2009 for our 20th wedding anniversary. The location is perfect, the condo is perfect, the owners are a delight to work with and we can not think of a better place to be on our anniversary! HIGHLY recommend this condo!

We truly enjoyed staying in your winter vacation home. There were so many nice touches (bath robes, luxury towels, hairdryer, granite counters, washer/dryer, games, books, humidifier, beautiful etched shower tiles, etc.) that we felt right at home. We loved being able to ski in and out - actually coming home for lunch a few days. Thank you for your restaurant and dog sledding recommendations. We truly enjoyed ourselves and wished that we didn't have to leave.

There are so many things that we loved about our week here in Breckenridge. It was a week to ourselves to ski the great trails, enjoy shopping and good restaurants, read, munch on warm baked cookies and sip wine after skiing. We appreciated your quick response to our call regarding the snowy walkway. There is no place we would want to stay, but here. All of your efforts to update your condo have made it the perfect spot to call a home away from home.

What an awesome condo! The girls Rachel-15 1/2 and Elizabeth 14 and I had a great time. Thei is my first time and we had great snow and beautiful days. The girls improved in snowboarding. We hope to be back soon. We enjoyed the convenience of ski in ski out and we are so close to town.

Thank you for providing us with a beautiful, cozy home to stay for our girls' (7 & 5)first ski trip. It was so nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer some thing we have never had on a ski trip tp lodges. It was so convenient to get on the lift in the morning and to ski home in the afternoon. The girls loved the outdoor hot tub! Teh gorls spent 2 days in ski school and then skied with us the rest of the days. We could not believe they were already on blue runs!. We will certainly make this an annual event.

Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful home away from home.It was so cozy and well-maintained, and it's true ski-in/ski-out location was fantastic! With a seven and five year old, easy slope access is so important and your condo delivers! The views were also amazing. We woke up to glorious sunrises and apres-skied to beautiful colors over the mountains. Your resturant suggestions were spot-on especially Mi-Casa. All of your support during our stay was very useful and reassuring. We have stayed in a lot of rental condos and villas around the world, and yours ranks up there with one of our favorites. The condo was in great shape, tastefully decorated (and I still can't believe you did these walls), clean and all appliances in working order. The view was fantastic and we could hardly wait to get up in the morning to see the snow covered mountains. the snow was plentiful and beautiful and skiing was great. The convenience to the lift was a real plus. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and thank you for your part in it.

Great condo and perfect for the three of us. Love the ski in/ski out location- not a chore to make multiple trips to the slopes each day. “We had a wonderful 2 weeks- As you can see by the photo, the highlight of our stay was seeing “Bullwinkle” walk past the patio door! (2 times the same day!)
