  My friends and I were lucky to stay at this beautifully appointed vacation get away on 2 occasions - in May and late September. The weather was beautiful - we went biking and to the beach - what luck, no people. Grocery store and resturants are nearby. The work out area is right next door and the view from the screened in porch fab. Great golfing as well as birds. The furnishing are lovely, top shelf. And the kitchen is large enough for a couple of cooks. Just lovely.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  We stayed at this condo for one week in August. We had a fabulous time!!!! The condo is extremely clean and very nice decorated. It is also huge. (There was so much space for our family of five.) The location was great as well. Just across the street from the main swimming pool, fitness center and tennis courts. We will definitely return and hope to reserve this unit for a longer period of time as it was very hard for us to leave!!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

  My family and I stayed in this "beach house" for a week, but when we got there quickly realized that it was truly a luxury condominium. This place is spotless, beautiful and close to everything. The kids had a great time fishing at the pier, riding bikes, and going to the beach. The grown-ups loved all of that and the safe, relaxing atmosphere. It was close enough to enjoy both the Delaware and the Maryland beaches. I can't say enough about how nice this place really is.

  This place is amazing. Clean, comfortable and elegant. You can watch hawks fishing from the screened porch or walk a block to the pool/hot tub/exercise room. Play tennis, golf, or ride a bike to a pier on the Point with a fantastic view of a Ocean City on the other side of the bay or take a walk through the wetlands. There are great restaurants nearby, and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook and eat in. The nearby Harris Teeter is well stocked with prepared foods if you want to split the difference. The people at the clubhouse are helpful and friendly, and the facilities are nicely landscaped and well kept. There is an outdoor theatre/concert venue within an easy walk. Oh yeah, then there 's the Ocean.

  Great place, excellent views off of both decks, beautifully decorated, fabulous kitchen, very comfortable. And of course, I hear the golf course is great.

  We were fortunate enough to be able to stay at Trish’s Place in late June 2008 [and July 2010]. We were visiting the East Coast and wanted some down time in the sun, near the beach. We were more than pleasantly surprised by these accommodations. The best way to describe the Condo is take a look at any of the following golf and spa resorts the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Fairmont, or the Terranea in California, click on the Presidential suite and that is what we have here at Trish’s place. You will not be disappointed. We have 3 children, who at the time were 6, 8 and 10, and very active. Although Trish’s Place is on a fabulous golf course, we did not take advantage of this. We did, however, enjoy walking through the community, using the swimming pool and recreation center which is just downstairs and across the street. We went daily to the carousel at the entrance of the community. It is fabulous and the children could not get enough of it! We also walked on the little trails near the house to see the marshes nearby. Great little nature hikes for children. When we wanted to go to the beach, we gathered our things, parked near the entrance and a shuttle bus took us there and picked us up at a designated time. Simple. No hassle. We rented $1 movies for the children daily for some down-time at the local grocery store. This store allowed us to pick up food for breakfast and meals that we wanted. However, there were many fun restaurants within 15 minutes of the condo. One of the highlights of our trip was enjoying a thunder and lightening storm one evening from the safety of the screened porch off the kitchen. Being from California, this was an event for our kids! We had the convenience of a home with children and the luxury of a Presidential hotel suite in our surroundings. Thank you and we’ll see you this July. Sincerely John & Stefanie

  Just got back and cannot wait to go back again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with our family. It was like a vacation paradise and your house was incredibe.We had a great time and really enjoyed Bayside. We . . . did not do any cooking. Ken's Pizza, Harris Teeter and the chinese place kept us well fed.
