Why the Owner Chose Cape CharlesWe love the open spaces of the Eastern Shore and the small town of Cape Charles. Its a great place to live and still have all the amenities nearby. You can be in Va. Beach in 35 minutes and cross the Bay Bridge tunnel with scenic views of ships, the coast and sky scrapers. We live, play and work here.
The Unique Benefits at this HouseOur house is quiet with open space and great wooded views of the Creek. We always enjoyed our Sunday boat ride to the marina and taking the grandkids for swims in the Chesapeake Bay. Our fun times were seeing Dolphins swim beside the boat. Coastal living is the best.

We had a mini family reunion at this home and a good time was had by all. Great layout, nicely decorated and a huge yard and beautiful sunsets on the dock. Short drive into town brought you to beaches and restaurants. We had everything we needed!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.

We recently visited the beautiful Eastern Shore for a family getaway/reunion. We have never been before but will definitely come back! "Some Place In Time" and it exceeded all of our expectations. This was our first ever experience in catching and cleaning our own crabs! The house provided crab pots and we caught them right off the dock at the house. The Caretaker's Club even provided us with Old Bay Seasoning, catching, cooking, cleaning, and eating tips! Our kids were so excited; more for the "eating part", but definitely a new experience for them. We were busy every single day between local activities, beaching, and all the nature excursions we experienced. Visit the Eastern Shore through The Caretaker's Club and you WILL NOT be disappointed!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.
