Perfect getaway home, just steps away from world famous Hanalei Bay. Malapua Hale is one of two homes nestled on this quaint property located in the town of Hanalei. Rent the Malapua Hale (the rear home) by itself or together with Pililani Hale for a large family gathering.
Malapua Hale - 2 story island style (each level is accessed with a separate exterior entrance), 4 bedroom/3 bath home, is the perfect place for family and friends to really enjoy, relax and let their cares drift away. Light and comfortable, the high vaulted ceilings give you an expansive feeling inside. Our screened lanai gives you amazing views of the gorgeous mountains and waterfalls. Besides the views, Hanalei also offers an abundance of activities within minutes of the home. Ideally located in Hanalei and on Kauai, you can truly walk (4-5 minutes) to meet most of your desires. The town offers unique shops and boutiques, indoor/outdoor dining, mountain and waterfalls views and plenty of sandy beaches - all for your enjoyment. If you are looking for activity or just kicking back and relaxing on the beach, then this is the place for you.
Enjoy the star-filled night sky in your own private hot tub. Play a round of pool on the Billard table located on the lower level of the home.

We had the greatest time staying in Hanalei Bay and at the Malapua House. There were 8 of us staying at the house - we rented the entire house and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was basically well supplied and the location was perfect for us. It was a very short walk to Hanlei Bay and to Hanalei town. The town offered Kayaking, snorkeling, Napoli Coast tours etc. You never have to leave the north shore if you don't want to leave. Everything is within a short drive or walking distance. Loved the local color of the town and especially the local people. Hawaii Life was very helpful, especially Nickie and Krisha. There were a couple of issues resulting from the fact that the original contract was done with a private owner who then sold the house to Hawaii Life.
