What a fantastic discovery! We've often vacationed in the Hawaiian Islands but our experience at this condo was unbeatable! Incredible Sunrise over Maui and Sunset over Lanai views! The condo is well appointed and graced by refreshing tropical trade winds. One could spend most of the vacation just on the fabulous lanai with the ever changing views of rainbows, twinkling lights of Maui at night, the fish ponds, and the ocean waves. The condo has a super Blue ray TV, DVD, and Home theater sound system. The gas stove is wonderful to cook on and there is an abundance of kitchenwares.. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool a refreshing deep blue tile lined retreat! The owner and the condo staff were pleasant and professional.I would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation and Molokai for a relaxing real Aloha experience!

The condo more than met my expectations. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. This could be important as there are a limited number of restaurants on the island. The balcony is about 50 ft from the water and offers a priceless view of Maui and Lanai. The condo complex is very well maintained, quiet, and has plenty of parking. The owner, Terry, was very helpful and readily available in answering my questions.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

Great Condo And Value! Whale Watch From The Lanai!

Aloha! Terry has a great condo here. The unit was nice and clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and eat in. As promised, from the Lanai you get a Million Dollar view! We were up to watch the sunrise and whale watched most every day from the Lanai. The grounds are well maintained and have many tropical plants and flowers blooming. We used the gas grills by the pool twice to grill steaks and some yellow fin tuna we bought for $3 a pound from the local fishermen, just in from their fishing trip. We will plan to rent this unit again when we return to Molokai! Mahalo!

This condo was everything it had been advertised as. The whale watching from the lanai was much more than we expected. Everyday we saw at least one whale! The people and caretakers were friendly and always helpful. There was no beach at the condo for walking, but we found several beaches on the island for walking and swimming. The Saturday market was such a treat. The Hotel Molokai had great food and entertainment. We also ate at most of the other eateries on the island and each one was great. I love that this island is so laid back. Very casual. We will be back.

From the moment we booked this delightful, spacious beachfront condo on Molokai HI, we were impressed right up until we had to leave our 4 day vacation. This condo looks right onto the ocean and across the Channel to West Maui. Palms sway in the background, the unit is modern, quiet and peaceful. Our only regret is that we had to leave. I have stayed on all the other main Islands and this is the new favorite! We will return again. You will enjoy your stay!!

Loved this condo. The furniture was all very comfy, the huge flat-screen TV was a surprising find, the location was perfect. It was so great to find 2 comfy chaise lounges on tbe lanai, instead of the usual table and chiais. I could have LIVED in those lounges, watching the clouds roll by Maui, and listening to the palm trees click and clack as the breezes flowed. Wish we had scheduled more time here. Only negatives-- all the pillows were too hard (I am so picky about pillows...) and there was no way to block the outside security lights from the bedroom windows at night. It was way MORE than we expected, and I'd recommend it to anyone in a hertbeat! If you go, do try a new resatuarnt in town (Kaunakakai) called Auntie Ruby's. You will be treated as a long lost family member.

Owner response:We purchased our condo in April 2010 and are new to the landlord business. We learn new things with every new guest. All of the linens, towels and bed were recently replaced with high quality brands. I chose Firm Calvin Klein pillows as the middle of the road between Soft and Extra Firm. The Flat screen TV is a Sony Hi-Def with Theater sound system and a Blu-Ray DVD player with an assortment of Blu-Ray DVD movies for your enjoyment. When I'm there I spend most of my time on the chaise lounge also as the view never ceases to amaze me. I even sleep out there sometimes. Wavecrest has lights that come on at night to help you to see when walking on the landings. They are not Security lights that shine in the windows, but they do raise the ambient light as the bedroom is in the rear of the condo. There are Frosted louvered windows in the bedroom that do a pretty good job of reducing the light level, though it isn't cave dark. I don't find the light level at night objectionable. There is a wonderful cool breeze that I really enjoy that comes in the bedroom window almost all of the time. Curtains would make it a bit darker, but block that wonderful breeze. Moloka'i Reunion

My family and I loved the view we had in this condo! It was more that just breath-taking...it was something that has to be seen in person. Where the condo was located could have not been in a better location. We were just far enough from the town but not too far. We got to enjoy the sights driving to town and to see the historic sites. Moloka'i is the perfect island to go to if you want to just sit and relax and enjoy what mother nature has to offer you. We also loved the pool! I am a BIG fan of dophins, so seeing the dolphin tile in the pool was a plus! Not everyone wanted to swim so for the ones who did not enjoyed hanging out in the lounge area which was covered so they did not have to worry about the sun. We will use this place again when we come back for another reunion!
