This Shipyard cottage has over 2200 square feet all on one level and it is in a private, quiet neighborhood on the 7th Green of the Galleon Golf Course. The unit has three bedrooms: One master with a king size bed, 32" tv/dvd and en suite bathroom, second bedroom has a king size bed and TV and third bedroom has bunkbed (twin over full) and a trundle bed and a 19' tv/dvd. The eat-in-kitchen is full sized with all appliances, fully stocked utensils and corian countertops. Or you can eat in the beautiful dinning room or in the sunroom. There is also a full sized laundry room with HE washer and dryer. The Great room has a 42" LCD TV and Blueray DVD player. The house is complete with broadband WIFI and a piano. The whole house has just been professionally painted this spring '10.
Available to you are: 2 bicycles with baskets and locks, Beach gear which includes 5 chairs, umbrella and beachcart and a parking tag that allows you to park at the Shipyard Owners parking lot next to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Also available for purchase are fitness memberships to the Crowne Plaza Hotel gym. The house is professionally cleaned and new linens are provided. The location allows for easy of travel to Coligny Plaza which is only a 5 minute bike ride to over 60 shops and restaurants. Also located at Coligny Plaza is the Beach Park that has jetted water playground. You can also enjoy a ten minute bike ride to the beach and then ride on the beach for miles and miles and wake up early and watch the dolphins.

Why the Owner Chose Bradley Beach
We chose to purchase this house because we vacation in Hilton Head every summer and Thanksgiving. We ultimately want to retire in Hilton Head.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Private and quiet location and near to beach and shopping. We ride our bikes everywhere. It is also located close to miniature golf courses that my family enjoys playing.

This home has the potential to become a great vacation rental. Overall we had a pleasant stay, however there are some shortcomings worth mentioning. We loved the keyless entry, however there were no instructions provided on how to use it. Nor were there instructions on how to use the HE washer and dryer, and remotes for the TV. Amenities stated that there is a gas fireplace, however, there was no propane tank hooked up, so it was unuseable. Also mentioned was 3 flat screen tv's. There are only 2. The tv in the one master was old and did not have a good picture. There is no tv in the 3rd bedroom. We were provided with plenty of towels, but only 3 washcloths. Sofas were pretty uncomfortable and worn. Would recommend that they be replaced. Kitchen is large and has a nice table with seating for 6. The icemaker didn't work and the lights under the microwave were burned out. Though reported, they were never addressed. Could use more plates and glasses. There are plenty of coffee cups. The sunroom was very pleasant and relaxing. Nice table for six, but only five chairs. Cushions on the chairs are worn and flat. They should be replaced. The master bedroom and bath are quite nice, with a big walk-in closet and nice shower. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but not sure if we would rent it again, unless some of these issues are addressed. The rental agency that manages the house was not very responsive to our questions or if we reported a problem. This house has GREAT potential. Location is wonderful.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.
