Vacation in a luxurious, two-bedroom, two-bath, Spring Run Carriage Home in Bonita Springs at the award-winning Brooks community complex in Southwest Florida, just north of Naples, Florida.

Developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group, Spring Run is a gated, country club community with a fabulous, private, championship, golf course, par 72, professionally designed with five tees available for all levels of players.

First-floor unit with an outstanding view overlooking the eighth fairway includes ALL the amenities you would expect from a newly built, golf community residence.

The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the fairway. Enjoy your favorite DVD's, videos or cable channels on the 27" cable TV. Or relax to your favorite CD's on the 5 CD stereo with AM/FM. If you need to do some work a fax machine is also provided.

The master bedroom, which also overlooks the fairway, has a luxurious, king-size bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. A 20" TV along with an AM/FM alarm radio is provided for your comfort. It has a large, walk-in closet and private bath featuring double sinks and over-sized, walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit has twin beds and an additional bath. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has solid surface cooking, built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar, and full laundry area. Except for the food, everything you need to prepare and serve your own breakfast, lunch and dinner is made available.


Very private unit. Enjoy the heated pool and spa, which is very close to the unit, along with several tennis courts, exercise room, and private country club. A minimal golf membership transfer fee and application fee provides you and your spouse unlimited golf and membership to the luxurious private golf club. You may use the other facilities at your leisure, including an aquatic driving range, putting green, and complete pro shop.

Off Season - MAY through OCTOBER play for cart fees only at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs!

Enjoy shopping at the beautiful MIROMAR OUTLETS or at the upscale PROMENADE Shopping Center. Regal 12 Cinema is only two miles away.

There are also a number of excellent restaurants in the Bonita Springs, Naples area, and a brand-new HYATT Hotel directly across the street from The Brooks Community.

Just a short drive to Captiva and Sanibel Islands, Naples is a 15- to 20-minute drive. On site you can play tennis or golf, you have full use of the Spring Run Golf Clubhouse and practice areas including aqua driving range, sand bunkers, chipping area, and putting greens.
