the unit was everything we expected. very spacious, clean, and comfortable. awesome place for golfers to stay. great driving range and practice facility. owners were very kind and accomadating. would definitely recommend and go back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and really loved the unit. Having stayed in other units in Barefoot there is a HUGE difference between owners and how they manage their condo. Kathy's unit was very well maintained, clean, nicely painted (instead of the boring white walls throughout), well appointed and very comfortable for a weeks stay. We didn't need to make a trip to the store for literally anything (other than food) as the condo already had it furnished, that was great! The space was right for our family of 3. One thing to keep in mind is that it's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, not an issue for us but could be for some. With all the places to stay in and around Myrtle Beach, it's hard to say you'll repeat a place as it's fun to try different accommodations but we decided we'd definitely check it out and stay there again in the future. Kathy definitely exceeded my expectations which is why she's earned this review and my repeat business. The listing and photos of the condo were perfect. The overall appearance of the condo was clean and well maintained and family friendly. The owner was there to answer any questions or concerns you might have about your stay. It was close enough to everything, shopping, the beach, mini golf and beautiful landscaped golf courses for the avid golfer. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. It truly felt like staying at a friend or family's place! Owners were very responsive and helpful when the key pad batteries needed replacing and we got temporarily locked out! We were very happy with the area and the pools are fantastic! This is a wonderful find and we will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Dawn, We try very hard to keep the place feeling like home. Again, we are sorry for the temporary inconvenience when the batteries ran down. Although our housekeeper was close by and was able to get there fast, we plan to install a backup key in the event it should happen again. We hope to hear from you again on your next trip to MB!

The condo was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and QUIET! After a day at the beach and hitting attractions it was nice to have the rental to come back to. Nice couple to rent from as well. When we come back to Myrtle beach we will rent here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was lovely and very clean, although the weatherstripping came off the bottom of the front door and there was also a tear in the foam mattress on the sleeper sofa. Neither of these impacted our week there. We had a great time and really enjoyed your condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Kris, Thanks for bringing the weatherstripping and mattress tear to our attention. We will take care of it on our next visit. The memory foam topper on the sleeper sofa is a bit oversized and must have gotten caught. Hopefully the comfort it provided surpassed the slight tear on the corner. We are glad you had a good visit with your family. I'm sure it was very nice to get all of them together in one place.

Thank you Kathy for providing us with everything we needed for our week at Barefoot! The condo is nicely decorated and very inviting and very clean. It was nice not to have to bring beach chairs all the way from Connecticut! My sons appreciated the darkening curtains in the second bedroom and I loved the big dining table on the balcony. We look forward to coming back to your place again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first experience using VRBO and we were very pleased! The unit was very well appointed. The owners had a generous amount of useful supplies. It was very clean. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Our security deposit arrived before we got home:)The grounds were immaculate. Although we're not golfers the links seemd to be busy! There were many wonderful restaurants and shops close by. We would highly recommend renting this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
