This spacious mountain home features 4 bedrooms + bunkroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and great room. There is a beautiful stone fireplace with gas logs and a built-in satellite TV. There is plenty of parking for cars or a camper. Several porches provide quiet areas for reading, sleeping or just enjoying the peace and tranquility of the mountains. A beautiful Weber grill is provided for an afternoon or evening barbeque.
Three of the spacious bedrooms have a king size bed and private bath. The 4th bedroom plus bunkroom has 2 twin beds, 2 bunkbeds and private bath. Two bedrooms are upstairs and have access to a huge balcony with a swing and table/chairs. The downstairs front porch features four large rocking chairs. There are two bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom on the main floor includes a private screened-in porch. There is also a half bath on the main floor.
There is access to Seed Lake from our boathouse where you can tie up your own boat, canoe, Kayak or jet ski. Other features include a screened-in porch, grill and dock for fishing, reading or sunbathing.

About the owner: This native Goergian has been a part-time resident of Seed Lake for over 50 years. This current property was re-built in 2009 for a larger extended family.
Why the Owner Chose Seed Lake:
Having grown up on Seed Lake as a child, this location is still an ideal get-away from the hectic work week in Atlanta. It is a short drive and we can go at a moment's notice.
