This house has been cared for by the same family for over 20 years, and we can't say enough wonderful things about it! The house is centered around the living and dining rooms where people tend to congregate, but there's enough space for everyone to feel like they have their own 'area'. The kitchen, newly renovated is stocked with all the appliances you could ask for and the second refrigerator helps ensure a well stocked house.
There are two adjoining air conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom attached to the garage which allows for privacy for older (or younger) guests.
What you will remember most about the house however, is it's accessibility to the beach. Only a a few steps away from the house, you are sure to find yourself spending your day in the water, or on the Adirondack chairs with a cocktail watching the sunset.
When you aren't on the beach, Tequesta and Jupiter, both bustling areas with movie theaters and restaurants are only 15 minutes away. And if you are looking for a real trip to the 'city' Palm Beach is a quick 45-minute trip.

Beautiful spot, it reminded me of the wild Florida beaches that I remember growing up in west palm. The owner was very prompt and helpful with questions. Well maintained and supplied, the photos are accurate. Lots of sleeping space, comfortable beds. The kitchen could use some better pots and pans but we were able to manage. I would definitely recommend this spot to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Hobe Sound:
We bought this house because our family grew up in the Northeast and wanted somewhere warm to escape to. When we first bought it, it was a quiet island with a small beach club that was made up of longtime friends. Today, it's grown in number but the house itself retains the same peaceful presence.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Direct private beach access doesn't get any better than this. The house sleeps 14 comfortably, which allows for large families or big groups of friends to vacation together, while also retaining privacy. The house has it's own private pool, for days when the ocean is rough, and a wonderful caretaker who ensures it and the house stay in tip-top shape.
