We found the property to be in excellent condition! Well maintained lawn and gardens with easy access to a pristine beach! Outdoor grills are handy for those wishing to stay at home and eat. The bathrooms and bedrooms are roomy with plenty of closet space as well. The living area is lovely with tropical furnishings. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and used it often. The kitchen afforded plenty of space for cooking and storage. All appliances were in working order and made our stay all the more enjoyable. There is a communal pool which is in pristine condition for those who prefer not to beach it. This property on the whole is very quiet and peaceful. Not party central by any means, but the occupants are friendly and respectful of each other. We watched sunsets from our lanai and the majesty that is Hawaii was in full display! Excellent photo opportunities. The condo's location afforded easy access to stores, restaurants, gas stations and for the ladies...hair and nail shops! Perfect in every way. We hope to return in the very near future and would highly recommend this property for its location and beauty inside and out.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
