Why the Owner Chose Bayshore Yacht & Tennis ClubWe already owned one condo in Indian Shores and like that section of the Pinellas beaches. Bayshores Yacht and Tennis is an especially well maintained property and has somewhat less transient turnover than Gulf front condos. Our unit #702 affords an excellent view of Clearwater looking up the Intracoastal Waterway from the balcony as well as nice Gulf views from the front walkway. In addition, while being on the Intracoastal side of Gulf Blvd, it is literally steps to the beach as the island is very narrow at this point.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo1. A recently renovated pool/hot tub area right on the Intracoastal Waterway, tennis courts, a putting green, barbeque grills, sauna, and a community room that can be scheduled for special gatherings. In addition, our unit has a dedicated undercover parking space adjacent to the elevator which is convenient on cold, windy, or rainy days.

I was born and raised in Connecticut. Been in Tampa 40 years. My wife is a Tampa native. I am recently retired from a regional renovation construction firm. My wife continues to work (at least for a little while longer) as a risk manager for a health care facility. We have 2 grown daughters and a granddaughter.

We absolutely loved your place! My friend and I walked the beach every morning, which was extremely close to the condo. I grew up on a lake, so all of the water sounds off of the balcony were very soothing to me. Everything was clean when we arrived, except for a couple of spots on the rugs. Your hospitality and quick replies to questions and emails were greatly appreciated. My mom will be joining me next year, and we'd love to rent it again.

I really enjoyed my stay at your home. Everything was really nice and clean. I tried to leave it even better than I found it. So if you can put a small mop or swiffer in closet I wouldn't have to wipe kitchen floor with a paper towel. The inlet side was just as nice as the beach. We even had a pair of bald eagles fly through almost evey day JUST BREATH-TAKING!!!!!! Hope to stay around Thankgiving, any chance? It would only be 3 or 4 days then. Thanks Twila Rothbrust

Stayed in this condo for a vacation. Great location. Convenient to everything. I loved to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats go by. The beach is a very short walk across the street. Very clean and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was really a good deal. Much cheaper than a hotel and had all kinds of room. I would highly recommend Bayshores Y&TC.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
