Walking distance from the beach and located on the grounds of the newly remodeled five-star L'Auberge Del Mar Resort and Spa, your stay includes privileges for use of the resort pool, championship tennis courts, hot tub, health club, sauna and full service European spa.
This elegant condo is furnished in a Hampton Style and has its own private garden patio with gas barbecue. It comfortably sleeps 4 with one bedroom and a queen sofa bed and has two full bathrooms. We also have 2 air mattresses for any additional guests.
It comes fully equipped with all new appliances, silverware, dishes, condiments, spices, towels, linens, beach chairs & umbrella. There is a TV, VCR, DVD, and Wifi high-speed Internet connection. In addition, there is a fireplace if needed.
Secure indoor parking is provided. It is kept very clean, no pets or smoking permitted. Del Mar village restaurants, nightlife, San Diego attractions, boutique shops, golf courses and the beach, via private path, are all available while staying at our condo which we call the Sea Nest.

About the owner: We found Del Mar is the perfect vacation get-a-way all year long. When we bought the condo, the convenience of being so close to the beach, shops, and great restaurants attracted us to become a Del Mar owner once again. And having access to the amenities of the L'Auberge Hotel was an added bonus.
Why the Owner Chose Del Mar:
We lived in Del Mar previously and we find the Del Mar Beach one of the best beaches in the world. It has great sand for sunbathing and great waves for boogie boarding, as well as a charming town close by. We found that this condo was in a perfect location for our family to visit and enjoy the beach, and enjoy the amazing San Diego weather.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love being close enough to the beach that we can take walks in the morning and at sunset. We like the cozy feeling of building a fire in the winter when it is cooler. We like walking to the local restaurants and using the pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts at the L'Auberge Hotel after spending a fun day at the beach.
