Spacious, bright, modern, family friendly 5 bedroom Townsends Inlet beach block duplex approximately 200 yards from beautiful expansive sandy beaches. All the ingredients for a wonderful family vacation are included. Pack lightly as we supply the linens and bath towels, 3 adult cruiser bicycles (excellent condition), horseshoes, beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well as reading materials and adult and children board games.
Modern amenities such as a new 42 inch flat screen TV, cable, broadband and wireless internet, and a DVD player are just a few of things that are available for your use at no extra cost. Relax on the spacious deck and if the sun gets to be too much, let the awning down or step inside into the bright spacious living area with comfortable furniture.
Our beach home is located at 7109 Landis Avenue (Beach side) and is 13 years old and only used a few months each year and is in excellent condition.

Sorry for the delay! The Hurricane came and we could not get in until Monday. The owners were on top of the situation and communicated well with us. They also allowed us to stay extra days without extra charge since we missed some due to the Hurricane(and no one else was booked). The home was great, the garage a bonus along with the amount of parking spaces(we fit 4 cars). There was a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Would bring the full family there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
