This property is one of the best and most private at the Mauna Lani Point F-106. It's very comfortably custom furnished; there is hand crafted Koa cabinetry; a gourmet kitchen, with granite counter-tops, high end appliances and all utensils; there is both indoor and outdoor dining. Central air conditioning is available and there are ceiling fans in each room.
The Master King Suite has a built in office with broadband Internet connection and wireless service throughout the apartment. We've installed a 55' LCD LED HD flat screen TV in the Master Suite for your entertainment. The Master Bath has a large 2 person soaking tub and separate glass enclosed shower with his/her sinks in marble counter-tops. The Queen Suite is very comfortable for your guests or children. The rooms are carpeted with oriental rugs added, and comfortable over-sized chairs for entertaining on the lanai.

About the owner: I am the original owner and have lived at the Mauna Lani Resort for more than 20 years and on the Big Island for 30 years. I have renovated and remodeled the unit over the years. It is very private and surrounded by lush landscaping.
Why the Owner Chose Mauna Lani Point:
We rent out the apartment only while my wife and I travel away from Hawaii. This is a very comfortable unit with great sunset views and lots of privacy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The recreation area is very close by and was completely renovated in 2010. There is a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, BBQs, tables and complete kitchen available, as well as entertainment areas. There are miles of paths for walking, jogging and bicycling throughout the Resort and along the coast and through the ancient Hawaiian ponds. A fitness center with spa, weight training, exercise classes, lap pool and steam rooms is nearby on the Resort, along with a shopping center for all your grocery needs and additional restaurants and shops.
