  My family and I loved the condo. It was very clean and maintained. It was so close to everything that we really never used the rental car. I would recommend the condo anyone and hope to visit it again next year for vacation.

  We are delighted to have chosen this wonderful apartment in Clearwater. Honestly it completely exceeded our expectations, such a great location and we really did have a superb time. The place was absolutely spotless and we felt as if we were the first people to stay there. We really must commend the owners and the whole management and cleaning team! The views were great, we were there for New Years Eve and the boat docks were full of lovely yachts decorated with Christmas lights. We watched a great firework display at midnight! The location was ideal, walking distance to Pier 60 and lots of local bars/restaurants, yet also felt quite peaceful. Easy to find too, and we didn't have sat nav! Had a great time fishing from the dock behind the building with the kids whenever we had a spare minute, and the owners had been kind enough to leave rods as well as all kinds of beach equipment. Thanks, I wish I could have stayed forever! We really did feel like we had the best apartment in Clearwater, top floor, great views and very, very comfortable. Can't wait to return :-)

  Excellent vacation location with very accurate pics... What you see is what you get... great!! Layout very well done with lots of room.The property was clean and in good order. Very good service 5 Star location w/5 Star service. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely want to return. Location, Location, Location... loved being just outside the middle of town yet with just a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx. 10 min. walk to the middle of the shopping/restaurant area. View are breath taking. Great location with lots of sight seeing locations. Small drawback... bedroom w/french doors... no curtain for privacy. No screens for sliders... we preferred to not use AC and leave doors open and enjoy the breeze. WE WILL WANT TO RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN... no question...EXCELLENT!!!   Felt I was in a Tuscan paradise. Nicest furnished vacation condo I've every been in. Used the boat slip. Walked to everything. I loved Jimmys Fish House across the street. Kids loved the beach. Can't wait to go back.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  What a wonderful, comfortable home away from home! We were so happy you able to accommodate our timing needs. The location was perfect for all of our events and what could be better than watching the dolphins and having your morning coffee! I can't think of one thing we could have asked for that we didn't get.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  The condo met all expectations --pictures and description were all accurate and the staff was most helpful in getting us a baby bed and high chair. The location couldn't have been better. It was a short walk to Clearwater beach and Pier 60. A delightful mini-golf course was across the street, as was a smaller beach and a place to rent a jet-ski. The grand-kids, ages 3+ to almost 7, thought the best thing was going on the pirate ship (got on across from the Pier). We only needed to drive to the grocery store-- and some other renters just used the buses for that. Highly recommend.

  My husband and I just completed a 3-week long stay in this condo and it met all of our needs perfectly. The location is great - within convenient walking distance of the beach, restaurants, the pier, and more. The unit is well-appointed and most importantly, the property manager works diligently to ensure guests' comfort. You will not be disappointed in your stay here.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
