  I have stayed at this home on several occasions and have never had any issues whatsoever. This home is absolutely fabulous and very much met every need that my family required for a successful great time at the beach. The beds were so comforting that gave all of us a tremendous nights rest. The pool was absolutely awesome and my kids and family thoroughly enjoyed this accomodation. The very short distance to the beach was so nice and extremely convenient for all of the activities that we had. The listing description and the photos were exactly as they were portrayed in the pictures. The house was extremely clean and very well stocked with all the emenities that we needed. This home was right in the central location of all the restaurants, attractions, and resources that we needed to make our stay very accomodating. I definitley would recommend this vacation home to anyone who is looking for that dream home away from home to relax and just enjoy your beach stay. Special "Thanks" to the owners for all of their tremendous assistance in locating and enjoying their home for our vacations. We look forward to many more stays in this home anytime we head to the beach area.

  Our family vacation was wonderful and relaxing, and we all loved this house! The house is very roomy, so we weren't in each other's way at all. Everything was clean and the furniture was pretty comfortable. The swimming pool was a big hit with all of us and pretty much the central location during the entire week. The early risers got out to the pool in the morning. Those who slept in came down later. There was no waiting to do something until everyone got up. No pressure, just relaxation and fun, exactly what a vacation should be like. We did other things as a family in the afternoon and evenings. We swam, talked, laughed, ate, drank, danced, played cards, listened to music, walked or drove to the beach, played in the waves, took lots of pictures, visited the Garden City Pier, relaxed on the porches, strolled along the pier at Myrtle Beach, ate at Damon's by the beach, played putt-putt golf, took a gambling cruise up at Little River, went to Dick's Last Resort, were amazed in Ripley"s Believe it or Not museum, and of course we shopped. All in all, a nearly perfect vacation, and I would love to do it again! I highly recommend staying in this house, you will make memories to last a lifetime.

  We enjoyed our week at Garden City. The house was nice and well cleaned. Would considered using the house again. It is nice to have the private pool. We enjoyed the beach but would recommend having a golf cart to get you to the beach. It is more than 200 ft from the beach. Which we just drove down with all the beach items and parked for the duration of our stay on the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful. The dishwasher was on the fritz but thing happen and nobody can except things to be perfect all the time. One thing I would consider is replacing the box springs in your blue room as they make horrible noise when you turn over at night. But we would most definately look to renting this house again for sure. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Hopefully we will be back next year. Thanks for a great time!

  We did not expect everything to be so nice and clean and convenient. Best vacation rental experience ever for our family. We were more than pleased and satisified. We will return next year. Thanks for a truly great experience.

  Our family really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean when we arrived with towels and linens ready to be used - which was a chnage from the last house that we had rented. We also enjoyed the code entry to the house which kept any keys from being misplaced! The house being in Garden City was also a plus. We did have the maximum of 12 people and we all did fit in rather well! We would recomend this house to any family wanting a restful (3 porches) quiet vacation!!

  This house was the best accommodation we have found in many years for our family. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Very reasonably priced and a good location to everything we wanted to do. Our family has been staying in the Myrtle Beach area for years and this was probably one of our favorite trips. We will definitely be renting again! Thanks!
