  The Keawakapu condo was a perfect fit for our adventure. Across the street from the Kihei Boat Ramp and the Five Palms Resort it was very clean, and accessible to many great adventure spots such as snorkelling, scuba diving, road bicycling, surfing, and the beautiful Maui beaches. The condo came fully equipped with linens, towels, and all kitchen accessories. The balcony made for relaxing and calming breakfasts and dinners while overlooking the meticulous backyard. Other tenants in the complex were quiet and friendly and we would not hesitate to try and come back to this unit for our next Maui visit. The owner was more than helpful, accommodating, and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better fit for our vacation. We are already recommending this unit to friends and family who are planning their Maui trips!

  Perfect perfect perfect! Our whole vacation was amazing thanks to our wonderful condo rental in Kehei. The owners were amazing to deal with and helpful at every corner with great advice and quick responses. The condo was spacious, immaculate and the location was quiet and convenient right on the ground level. The photos really don't do this condo justice it is far more beautiful in person and was generously stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone and it made a perfect base for cycling, scuba diving, snorkelling and the beach. Maholo!

  Keawakapu condo is great! We really felt comfortable and at home. The condo is easy access to beaches and restaurants and when we wanted to meditate was peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and eating on the lanai is perfect. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

  Our month's stay was the best. The condo was very well-maintained and clean. We were very comfortable and quite satisfied with space, accessibility and, especially, how well-stocked it was. We wanted for nothing. We had our own parking space and the area was quiet and safe. The beach was a short walk across the street, as was a wonderful deli. A mile walk or ride into Kehei provided us with additional beaches, shops and restaurants. The owner was courteous and cooperative, really a great guy, making everything about the transaction and stay as easy and simple as could be. We would definitely reserve this condo again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

  We do not need any hotel like amenities (like a pool, office, etc.), so this location is perfect for us. We cook most of our meals and everything we needed was available. Quiet property. This is the second year we have stayed here and will return.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  I enjoyed almost 6 weeks staying in this very clean, nicely furnished 2 bedroom condo at the South end of Kihei. Within walking distance to Kamaole Beach III and Keawakapu Beach, 3 min to MauiBus station. Beautiful view from lanai to a Plumeria tree and well kept garden. Ideal condo for divers for Molokini Crater (3 min. walk to Kihei Boat ramp). Kitchen and bath is fully equipped, no mold or cracks, all you need to enjoy the Aloha on Maui. Will come back again!

  Very clean, spacious condo for THAT PRICE! Has all what it takes to enjoy some quality time in Kihei, Maui. Kamaole Beach III was 4 min walk away, so is the Kihei boat ramp (ideal for divers & snoklers for Molkini), Keawakapu Beach 3 Min. walk, Maui Bus stop 2 min. (no need to rent car if you go shopping) monthly bus pass 55+ $30. Rather spend the money in great food and diving. Quiet neighborhood, cool unit without the noise and energy waste of AC. Lots of cooling vans. Free WiFi and TV. Beautiful Plumeria trees in front of lanai. 10 min. walk to restaurants/bars/shopping mall (Kamaole Shopping Centre). Will book this unit again, for sure!

  Our five week stay was delightful. The unit is well appointed, with lovely decor, extremely clean and a real home away from home. The well stocked kitchen was fully supplied with every possible untensil and cooking supply. Access to a beautiul beach is but a 3 or 4 minute walk across the street. Since it is west facing there are lovely views of the sunset from the back yard, which is well landscaped with many flowering trees. The place was immaculate and the owner extremely concerned that we should want for nothing. He made every effort to make certain that we were comfortable and our needs were met. This a a quiet, older condo building with a mix of seasonal renters and year round home owners. We hope to return to this unit is years to come.

  excellent location for the price, easy walking distance to one of the all round best beaches on the island.Nice grounds, nice unit,not fancy, just comfortable for 4 people. We look forward to staying here again.
