  We decided on a spur of the moment vacation and luckily found this place. The condo was great, clean, well decorated and not over the top like some of the other places we have stayed. The view was amazing not only from the balcony overlooking the gulf but also out the front door looking over the bay area. The pool was crystal clear, clean and HUGE. Had a small hiccup with the air conditioner the first day which was repaired within an hour of us reporting it (GREAT JOB). Lisa the owner was more than willing to help us with anything that we asked of her. We have stayed in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area for the past 10 years and I must say that this was one of the if not the best places we have stayed. We will definitely be renting this unit over and over again.

  Stayed at this condo in July of 2010 and again in May of 2012 it was great both times. We will stay here again Nice Clean perfect for a family would recommend over and over.

  Facilities were wonderful. My family had an absolutely wonderful vacation. Our goal was to relax and enjoy each others company with no predetermined schedules. The view from the balcony was extraordinary as was the remainder of the condo. Only thing that wasn't in the condo that we needed was a broom, which we purchased and left for the next occupants to use. All amenities were as described. Owner was extremely helpful and answered all questions quickly. After arriving, realized this was the same unit we used in 2007 (reservations has been made by another family member). Great the first time; great the second time. Highly recommend for anyone needing space for at least 6 adults.

  The condo was very nice and met all our needs. We had 4 adults and 4 grandchildren with plenty of room. I would recommend this condo to our friends.Our only problem waswith the elevator close to the room. It was out of order a couple of times,but they fixed it on a timely basis. I will definately consider staying there again.

  The condo was everything that we wanted and needed. The owner was very attentive in helping us with the mgt. company and even called us to see if we had any questions about the unit prior to our departure, which was very nice. The view from the 6th floor was spectacular of the beach and water - we saw stingrays and plenty of dolphins during our 5 day stay. It was great to have a covered garage to park our car with luggage carts and elevators to the 6th floor. The condo was clean upon arrival with plenty of bath towels. The master bedroom is very nice and huge in everyway. The 2nd master did have it's own bath, but the bed was a queen and kind of tight in the room. The 3rd bedroom was larger with a king, but the bathroom was off the hallway. Having a wash/dryer was nice to have in the unit. The elevator closest to the unit was out of commission 3 of the 5 days, which was a little annoying. It was really nice to have beach chairs/umbrella sets available to us at no extra charge on the beach. We enjoyed an evening at Helen Back Restaurant - they have some of the best pizza I've ever had and the outside patio was really nice. The condo is convenient to both Walton Beach and Destin. I would definitely stay here again.

  Nice condo with plenty of space - we had 6 adults and one baby and never needed to utilize all of the sleeping areas; the unit was very clean and conveniently located; we would visit again in the future;

  Absolutely beautiful condo! Very clean. Gorgeous view of the beach sitting on the balcony, from living room and master bedroom. Accomodations fit 10 adults perfectly! Very close to restaurants and shopping. All you could want in a vacation! Just wish our dog could have come. We got a free movie rental every night and complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach! Covered parking was a great surprise. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!
