We stayed here for our first week of our vacation and it was a great condo! Is great location and easy walk to the beach, lovely condo, comfortable king size bed, and the furniture was great! The pool is awesome too! Wi-fi and TV were also great! There were only two of us; but would be great for a family as well. Would recommend this condo for sure! Also would use again for sure, as we usually stay on beach side with friends one of our weeks; and to find a place for One Week rental with such good value is a real plus. Other years we have stayed in other properties but enjoyed this one the best. Also enjoyed talking with the owners.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in the Midnight Cove II. The unit is as described/pictured and suited us (a family with small children ages 3 and 5) perfectly. The owners obviously take pride in the place, the furniture was all nice and in excellent condition. The wi-fi access was helpful for day-trip planning purposes. This is a ground level unit, and so offers the convenience of two points of access and no stairs. The complex itself is very nice and a good size with well tended grounds, and was ideal for meandering about with small kids. It had a nice pool area and was at a good location on Siesta Key. The walk to the (world's finest) beach is quick and easy. The Siesta Key village and surrounds offer enough places to eat and find any (un)necessary beach item. The Sarasota area is quite pleasant with the Sarasota downtown only about a 10-15 minute drive away. Tampa is about an hour north, and we were close enough to make a quick overnight trip to Disney too. We hope to return.

Having spend many years vacationing in the Siesta Key area, we have stayed at many locations. Midnight Cove II and this specific property rated right up at the top based on location and value. Once you enter the condo you immediately feel at home. It is a great place to temporarily call home. Tastefully decorated with all the essentials included. With 2 teenagers with my wife and I, it had plenty of room for everyone. We felt very safe in this facility, there was always a security guard patroling the area. You can tell that Property Manager takes an active role in running the facility. The front office people were very friendly and helpful. Only downfall might be, not having beach chairs down at the beach, and the walk to the beach might be a bit more difficult for the elderly, handicapped and families with small kids. All and all a great find for us. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Michael and Lelia continue to add on and improve this property and this year saw new: carpeting through-out, blinds across the lanai, lighting over the dining area and utensils, just to name a few. It just keeps getting better and better each year. We have made many new friends through the tennis round robins and the MCll staff socials: BBQ's, 'Sundae' Mondays, 'Weenie' Wednesdays and 'Margarita' Fridays around the pool! Love it. Siesta Key Beach is now rated the #1 Beach in North America. With the great weather this year, dolphin sighting was plentiful along the beaches and intracoastals. We enjoyed afternoon Margaritas and shrimp at The Old Salty Dog in both of their locations: Siesta Key and Longboat Key. A wonderful vacation-thanks to Lelia and Michael!

My husband and I (recent retirees) spent almost a month in Michael and Leila’s Midnight Cove condo. I can’t remember enjoying myself more…and I’ve travelled extensively and can be quite demanding. Michael and Leila put considerable thought to the special welcoming touches for every type of “guest”…singles, families, seniors, etc. The place is spacious, with attention to all details (we’re serious cooks and did not have to buy any utensils; plenty of wine/champagne glasses, cutlery from France, icemaker, large refrigerator, etc.). The outside storage contained water floats and games for kids, tennis racquet/balls, ice chest, etc. The living/dining area is huge…breakfast nook or full dining. The lanai is a lovely extension w/a view of lush landscaping. The furniture was methodically selected for the décor and appeared to be brand new or obviously well cared for. Very upscale, extremely charming, and comfortable. I jogged the packed snow white sands of the beach each morning and sipped champagne at the water’s edge during the unbelievable sunsets. To prepare you, every sunset is different and you swear it can’t get more beautiful..but somehow it does! We are not television people, but there are TVs in each room. We had a minor problem w/the garbage disposal which was fixed by onsite maintenance w/in hours. This was our "first" vacation in someone else's home and we hope to stay there many times in the future. Many thanks to Michael and Leila.

We arrived at the condo on time and the unit was clean as a whistle. We unloaded the car and settled in. What a nice view out the back sliding doors! Short walk to the pool and fishing in the cove. The beach access is across the street but the chairs and an umbrella were in the storage area for our use. If children are with you there are also toys and swim noodles to bring along. The kitchen was very adequate for us. The fact that this unit has two bathrooms is a major plus! Within walking distance of boat rental, bike rental and the small grocery store. Ate at Captain Curt's but cannot give it rave reviews. Our overall impression of this condo is very high and would certainly stay there again. Kudos to the owners for making this place a "home away from home".

The apartment exceed all our expectations. The decoration, towels, furniture, everything is perfect and cleanliness is superb. The access to the beach is very convenient and close, just across the street. The only comment we have in this point is that the complex should have beach chairs and umbrellas available at the beach. It is a little messy try to cross the street with 2 little children, chairs, Omumbrella, toys, bags and a cooler. It will be a lot easier if chairs and umbrellas were there already. But, perhaps of this, the beach is amazingly beautiful and sand is like baby powder. The entire place is so relaxed. We love Siesta Beach. The apartment have everything you need to stay a while comfortable and relaxed. We leave in the unit, 2 beach chairs just in case you want to use it for future guests, as well as a floating stick and 2 beach carpets. Thank youUu so much. We've had a wonderful week at your apartment, hoping to stay again in the future

My family and I just returned from Siesta Key. This condo is located across the street from one of the most amazing beaches you will find in Florida. The King sized bed is wonderful and perfect after a long day at the beach. This unit is close to the pool and the intracoastal water. Plus there are tv's in both bedrooms (a hit with our 7-year old who loved watching cartoons from his bed).

We had a wonderful experience in this condo! It is an extremely comfortable and relaxing environment. The condo is decorated beautifully and is very clean. The location is great--our boys enjoyed fishing in the lagoon and the private beach is a short walk away. We enjoyed time by the pool which is close proximity to the condo as well. Our family will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend it to others!!

Home sweet home! We were very impressed on how beautiful and CLEAN our condo was when we arrived. We found this condo online thur VRBO and you never know what to expect when you get there, but this condo was above and beyond our expectations. You guys have done a great job by posting accurate pictures and information of this place and the area. It had all the amenities we needed at a very affordable price. We felt home away from home. We fell in love with Siesta Key. We have told all of our friends about this condo and we hope to come back soon.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week in this unit. It is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts. We particularly enjoyed the huge flat screen tv to watch the hockey playoffs, and the two full bathrooms were appreciated! It is well equipped with everything you would need for a week of relaxing at the pool/beach. I would highly recommend it. The owners, Michael & Leila, were easy to communicate with!

Our family had such a great time in Siesta Key, and wished we could stay. The condo was so comfortable it really felt like home. The big screen tv was a hit and tivo came in handy. Our boys enjoyed fishing right out our back door, and we loved walking to the Point of Rocks. The SKOB was one of our favorite night spots, my husband played guitar and sang on open mike night! Thank you so much Michael and Lelia for sharing your place with us. Jim and Annette

Thank you Michael and Lelia for an excellent season at MCll. This condo has become our 'home away from home'. We are repeat renters who feel at ease and relaxed from the minute we drive up to the condo. We were especially excited this year to see the new renovations and improvements made to the unit and were not disappointed. Loved the new big screen TV, furnishings and extra storage units provided. The owners went out of their way to accomodate us and paid attention to details such as new dishes, towels, Wi-Fi, Tivo, etc. We feel this unit at MCll is one of the better locations, close to the beach, pool and laundry facilities. It is one of the few 2 bedroom units with 2 full baths, which is appreciated when company arrives. We also like the ground floor access of this unit; we can walk out the back door to the grounds and pool and the front door to the covered parking, office, tennis courts. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are all within walking distance. The beach, of course, is one of the prettiest and best and with the warm weather this year, we enjoyed it every day. We highly recommend this condo and will be returning next year.

My wife and I had never visited Siesta Key before, but now hope to make it a yearly vacation based on the incredible experience we had at this property. Clean, spacious and ideally located, it felt like we were staying in a friend's condo that was equipped with everything we could need. Michael and Lelia have literally thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The website description and photos provide an accurate representation of the space, but you have to experience it to believe it. As much as I would like to keep this property a secret so it's available any time we might want it, I have absolutely zero reservations about recommending it to anyone considering a stay on Siesta Key. You can't beat the price, location or amenities. We'll be back!!

We just spent a week at this property and couldn't have been happier. It was nicer than we expected. We had a wonderful week and completely enjoy staying at MCII. The location was perfect and the accommodations had everything we could have wanted. It is such a comfortable place to stay, it was clean and well maintained and it really felt like home. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach or to the pool where we met some wonderful new friends. I would certainly entertain staying here again next year. Siesta Key is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Michael and Lelia for sharing your little piece of paradise.

We all were amazed at how clean and new this condo was. It looked like all new plush towels-bath and beach! The tv was hugh. The furniture was very comfortable and up to date. Thanks for all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. It's nice not to have to take everything with you. Having the extended area in the living room made the room feel so much bigger and spacious. The walk to the beach was only about 3 miutes. The pool was large and very close. We will definately stay here again if we visit Siesta Key in the future.

We have been fortunate to vacation in this unit for the past 3 years and look forward to returning next year. The photos accurately reflect the condo and the owners continually upgrade/refresh the amenities, especially the towels and bedding, which is much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We particularly like the location of the condo, close to the pool, office and laundry facilities. The grounds are well cared for and beautiful to walk. We also like that Midnight Cove ll is a quiet complex, close to the beach and close to the main road into the city. The beach is by far the best with amazing sunsets. We occasionally see dolphins swimming, as we walk the beach. You can be as active or laid back as you want at MCll... tennis on site; bike and boat rentals are a short walk across the road, as are several restaurants and grocery stores. Siesta Key Village offers a Fitness Center ('hi' to Bruce and Dee, owners), restaurants and shopping-we love biking to the village and having a coffee outdoors at Lelu Lounge. Downtown Sarasota has a beautiful waterfront and numerous restaurants; book a cruise to take in the sites along the intracoastal waterway. Not to be missed is shopping at the Ellenton Outlet approximately 25 minutes from MCll. We highly recommend this condo for all the above reasons and more!
