With every luxury from a pool to an elevator, it's a dream vacation home. Boasting more than 5,000 square feet, Florence by the Sea is ideal for large groups, family reunions, or just a big family ready to spread out and get comfortable. The elevator makes it accessible for everyone, so it's a good choice for a multi-generational vacation. Ocean Hammock Resort is a family friendly, gated beach community. The world-renowned Ocean Hammock Golf Course winds through the neighborhood, affording spectacular views. There's something for everyone here! Your favorite part of Florence by the Sea is probably going to be the giant atrium-ceiling lanai, located off the rear of the house for even greater privacy. Enclosed in this vast space is a lovely swimming pool with an adjacent Jacuzzi to massage those golf-sore muscles! There's also a full summer kitchen, with a state-of-the-art grill and plenty of room for seating and poolside play. Just wait until you find yourself floating in the pool, gazing up at the vast blue Florida sky with a cold drink close at hand! Stress and everyday cares just melt away here! Step inside from the lanai and you find yourself in our family room, one of two living areas designed for a crowd. Here you'll find a huge HDTV, wet bar, ultra-comfortable sofas and chairs, stereo system with Surround Sound (this is available throughout the house), cool tile floors, and plantation shutters on the many windows. After a long day at the beach, the family room is like an oasis! Make yourself a drink, put up your feet, and enjoy the game or your favorite show. The second big living area is upstairs. Our great room is filled with windows and surrounded by balconies, and boasts a huge fireplace in addition to another entertainment center with HDTV and all the trimmings. And if you need more space, Florence by the Sea has a spacious office! One of the best features of Florence by the Sea is the kitchen, which is adjacent to the great room. Beyond the long granite countertop and breakfast bar, you'll find Sub Zero appliances, a central island, custom cabinetry, and all manner of appliances and equipment. You can prepare a feast for 20 in here without going short a single fork! The dining room awaits formal meals, while a sun-filled breakfast nook does everyday duty as a lovely place to sip that first cup of coffee, update your Facebook status (you have free wireless Internet at Florence by the Sea), and plan another perfect Palm Coast day. Even more important than the kitchen are the bedrooms, and you will simply love the arrangements here at Florence by the Sea. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms, including a 1st-floor room right off the lanai that is great for those with accessibility issues (10 steps to the pool for water therapy!). The master suite includes a large living area with a couch and chairs, a king-size bed, a long bank of windows, and a balcony with panoramic views. The en suite bathroom offers his-and-her vanities, a walk-in shower, and a deep tub. This is an area made for late nights and long mornings! It is a haven, and only the promise of another great day in the pool, on the course, or at the beach will lure you from it! The 2nd bedroom contains a king bed, with an en suite bathroom including a walk-in shower, while the 3rd, 5th & 6th bedrooms have queen beds. The 4th bedroom contains a bunk bed with two doubles (sleeps up to 4 kids). There are also 2 brand new queen sleeper sofa beds. All are spacious and pleasant, with all linens provided. Oh -- did we mention the full-size laundry room in this house?! And, 2 garages for extra parking or storage. With handsome landscape and even a private walkway almost outside the front door to lead you down to the beach, Florence by the Sea simply has it all.

We spent 3 weeks in this unit which overlooked the golf course and the ocean...it was beautiful and very peaceful. The place was exceptionally clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. We had no problems and really enjoyed our time in Palm Coast. The private beach was a perfect place to stroll and relax, not crowded at all. The kids loved the pools and the rec room also. The in-unit washer/dryer helped tremendously during our stay. We felt very safe in the gated community and couldn't ask for a better rental experience. Thank you Steve Milo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

we had a great time staying here, last Winter. The condo is just as described. Very close to many attractions, and even though weather was cool, we had plenty to do. We had freinds come and visit for a week also. Plenty of room. Great views. Will do again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

And the best part of it all is the location. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
