This newly remodeled duplex is located on a woodsy lot on beautiful Eagle Lake, Bloomingdale. Both floors have a spacious open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, full bath, and a complete kitchen-eating area as well as a large deck for relaxing and viewing the surrounding scenery.
This lovely duplex is nestled amoung mature trees approximately 300 yards from a spring-feed lake. Each 900 sq.ft. unit has 2 bdrms. and full bath as well as a large wood deck and balcony to enjoy beautiful views.
Fishing, swimming, and relaxing are the most common actiivities enjoyed however each floor comes with a row boat if you dare to try out your rowing skills. Additionally, there is one paddle boat available upon request and a golf cart for an extra charge. If you own your own powerboat, sailboat, or jet-ski, a public landing is just a short trip away. Or, bring your mountain bike for a peaceful ride around the lake. After a fun-filled day, relax next to the provided fire-pit (includes wood) to grill hot dogs, roast marshmellows, or to be hypnotized by the flickering flame.
Other activities in the area include golfing, shopping in the quaint city of South Haven, and tasting West Michigan's finest wines at nearby wineries. On the way back, stop at one of the many fruit farms for fresh fruit. A movie can be enjoyed at a nearby theatre or on the provided VHS/DVD player.
