This roomy, 1056 square foot, second floor, Non-Smoking Condominium with private entrance and screened Lanai overlooks private pool and is a short walk to beautiful South Beach.
The Master Bedroom has recently been redecorated with new furniture and features a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom has two twins, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate Full Bathroom.
Living room has plenty of seating area with a new full sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV, DVD, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. Condo has wireless internet connections. Dining area with chairs and table are located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Beach Equipment (chairs and umbrella and carrier) also included.

This condo & location gave us exactly what my husband & I were looking for: relaxation, close to the beach & felt like home. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful lanai to relax & enjoy the nice weather. Owner was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were a family of four staying in the condo during Easter week April '09 and we couldn't have had a better time. It was extremely clean and decorated nicely and well stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We especially appreciated the cart to bring the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach which was about 1 and 1/2 blocks away. The condo which is on the second floor has a nice view of the pool and has a beautiful palm tree and gardens which shades the screened- in porch. We spent lots of time on the porch in the evening enjoying the ocean breezes. The condo is conveniently located near everything but is located on a quiet street which is ideal. We did lots of side trips too in the evenings to Naples, and the Everglades and Fort Myers. Days were spent at the beach/pool or fishing on the bay side from the boat launch only 1/2 block from the condo. We would definitely return for another vacation here. Thanks!

I stayed for a week in June 2008. The condo is very convenient to South Beach and the weather was sunny, hot and humid most of the time which is what I had hoped for. The condo complex was very quiet as only about 4 of the 15 units were occupied during my week. The condo itself had all the supplies I needed and I wouldn't hesitate to return for a visit. Thanks very much!

My family (2 adults, 2 small children) stayed here for 5 weeks starting November, 2007. We had a wonderful time! The building is quiet and small, with a lovely pool and well-maintained gardens. Parking right in front of the unit, so convenient for unloading supplies. There were pool toys for the kids, and lots of towels, linens, etc. The condo was very bright, cheery, nice lanai overlooking the pool. Kitchen was well-equipped and in-suite laundry a bonus! Only 1.5 blocks to the beach, convenient to the library, YMCA and pubs, restaurants and movie theatre. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone, and would stay again ourselves. Can't go wrong here!
