This roomy, 1056 square foot, second floor, Non-Smoking Condominium with private entrance and screened Lanai overlooks private pool and is a short walk to beautiful South Beach. Brand new tile and carpet have been installed virtually throughout the whole condo. The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed with large walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom has two twins, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate Full Bathroom. Living room has plenty of seating area with a new full sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV, VCR, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. Dining area with chairs and table are located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Beach Equipment (chairs and umbrella and carrier) also included.

$95 Cleaning Charge. There is an add'l 3% charge for pmts made thru credit card.
Weekly rentals are generally Sat. to Sat., arrival 3PM, departure 10AM
