We enjoyed the home and it's accommodations fit our family very well. The features were as indicated and the owner was very helpful with recommendations on the community. The home was very clean and well maintained. Any issues were promptly addressed. We felt very comfortable in the home and it's location is excellent. The biking was very easy and nice walk to the center of Town. Snow tubing to golf and fishing. You wouldn't know it was July. Many nice resturants are within an easy walk. Only short distance to bike trail in Summit county. We highly recommend this home for either a summer retreat or a winter holiday. We will consider it in the future.

Owner response: Thanks so much Jack and family. We were sure this was the right kind of home for your extended family. So glad you had a great time and we welcome you back anytime any season! Steve and Sandy Bainbridge
Our family gets together every couple of years with all in attendance from Texas and Oregon. Their are 3 families, two from Texas and one from Portland, Or. This year we spent the week in Frisco at this beautiful home. The house has 3 separate levels so each of the families felt like we had our own space. The grandchild was well taken care of as the owners provided lots of toys and crib for him to sleep. We took lots of hikes to town and around the lake and thoroughly enjoyed the activities around the area. Once back at the house we all felt the homeyness of place, it was very relaxing for all. The bikes provided, allowed several of the group to make the trip to Breckenridge and back. The owners gave us a full tour of the house on arrival and checked on us as the week progressed. You could tell the pride of ownership in their house and they really wanted us to have a good time there, this is pretty unusual for us, and we have stayed in lots of places. The house was first class in all its amenities and we never lacked for anything while there. If we head back to Colorado this will be the first place we check for availability.

Family Vacation Dream Home!
Family Vacation Dream Home!
Three generations gathered for the week in this beautiful home for our family summer vacation. The owners met us to tour the property and were so kind to setup all their grandson's toys, pack'nplay, changing pad, and high chair for our grandson! Easy walk to Frisco everyday and close park on the way for our grandson to play. Beautiful bike ride to Breckenridge and back...which owner provided bikes! And easy driving distance to Vail. There was so much to do we couldn't do it all! Breathtaking views from the home of the mountains! Exceptional home! Thank you Bainbridges for a memorable vacation!

Owner response: So glad your family enjoyed our home and our community. We are thrilled when others enjoy these surroundings as much as we do. Extended families fit well in our home as it was designed for us to welcome guests and offer privacy and to have our own adult kids and grandkids come and feel relaxed. Thanks again and we hope you will come back! Steve and Sandy Bainbridge
Wonderful home with huge windows to view the gorgeous surroundings. Our family of 5 attended a wedding in Keystone, and loved the large open spaces in the kitchen and living room to visit. The downstairs TV room was great to watch the Summer London Olympics at night. Owners could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Great location, beautiful home that the pictures don't do justice to.

Great Family Vacation in Frisco
Great Family Vacation in Frisco
We stayed in Frisco for a week and used this home as our base for hiking, biking, rafting, boating, and running. The home is very comfortable for a family with teenagers. There is a nicely-equipped downstairs rec area with two bedrooms close by. The main living floor has a great open feel with dining area, chef's kitchen and living room with cozy sitting areas and a sunny porch. We made good use of the bikes that the owners made available to us for riding to meals and other activities. Sandy was very attentive to our plans and provided a long list of activities that jump-started our week. We all had a terrific time and recommend the Bainbridge home to any family visiting Frisco.

Our family continues on a 'Rocky Mountain High' as we recall what a beautiful week we shared in this amazing home. Upon entering, we immediately were welcomed and shown around by the owners. They are gracious, lovely people anxious to share their 'dream home' with everyone. The location is just perfect...a walk to Frisco, a few minutes to Breckenridge, close enough to Copper Mountain and Vail. We do look forward to another visit in the future where grandparents, parents and grandchildren relish each new day together in this very special home.

Ski Week in Frisco
Ski Week in Frisco
Recently, my wife and I hosted our relatives at this luxury home in Frisco, Colorado. The owners of this property couldn't be more accomodating. When we arrived, the owners personally showed us the features of their home. Owners also had recommendations for dining in the area, as well as ski school recommendations for our relatives. The location of this home is great. There are many ski areas nearby and the municipal sledding hill and cross country skiing are within walking distance. The property has mountain views and lake views. It is ideal for extrended families because the bedrooms are located in different areas of the home but the living room/dining room/kitchen is open and is a great place to congregate. All in all, this is an excellant property with great owners. I would recommend this property without exception.
