As part of your rental you are entitled to our state of the art fitness facility overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with technological advanced weight and cardio machines, free weights and group classes. There is a separate men/woman full service spas featuring lockers, Jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, showers, and services such as facials, manicures, pedicures and massage treatments
BUILDING AMENITIES:
This property sits on 9 acres of ocean front. There are over 800 feet of beach frontage. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included at no extra cost in both the beach and pool side. There are several large pools, hot tubs and a lap pool on the deck at the 7th. Floor. There is a full service bar serving cocktails, juices, drinks and food pool side. Gazebos and lounge chairs are freely available around the pools.
Building offers a 24 hour attended lobby with security and valet parking service.
One valet is included free of charge to the tenant, plus one assigned parking space in the covered building garage also free of charge to the tenant.
INSIDE THE UNIT:
Beautiful North East Views from the 31st floor on this professionally decorated luxury condo with designer furniture and original art work, marble and wood floor throughout.
King size bed in master bedroom, with a huge walk in closet and master bath with full glass enclosed shower and jetted tub.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and full bathroom with glass enclosed shower next to it in the hall.
There is a Den which can be used as a guest bedroom with a queen size convertible sofa bed and a small closet.
All 3 bedrooms have Comcast service with flat screen TVs.
The Living Room has large TV and a DVD player with library of movies, Comcast cable and wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is also included in your rental.
State of the art Kitchen is fully stocked with fine plates, glasses, pots and pans.
Den has a wine refrigerator and a working desk with granite top.
All linens, pillows and towels are of luxury quality.

This property was all we could have wished for: beautiful, spacious, comfortable and inviting. Our stay in this condo felt great and we had all that we needed for our stay. We truly did not need to buy anything (other than food of course) during our stay and really felt at home. My communications with the owner prior and post arrival were always pleasant and he always responded promptly to all my emails which made this experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the owners for allowing my family to stay in your condo. Our expectations were truly exceeded and we look forward to maybe renting your condo again next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Frank and Rosita, I want to thank you for allowing my husband and I to stay at your condo. The pictures do not do the place justice. All the attention to details were beyond any of our expectations. Additionally, I couldn't have asked to work with anyone better...you answered all our queries in a New York minute. I feel like I now have a home in Florida to return to after so many years of staying at hotels. Thank you again and I look forward to staying at the apartment next year.
