  Just wanted to thank Scott for his hospitality and making everything go so smoothly. The condo has everything you need, tons of space, and we slept 7 people very comfortably. The building itself has all of the things that any family would need for either sunny or rainy days. Lots of both indoor and outdoor fun for kids and adults. Scott was very professional in handling things, answering questions, and getting the paperwork completed in a matter of hours. Next time we come to Myrtle Beach, we would be happy to stay at this condo.

  My family and a friend's family stayed in this unit while on a college visit with our sons. We travelled quite a distance and were not disappointed in our choice. The unit was clean, well stocked and spacious. The unit had a beautiful view from the Master Bdrm as well as the living room. Scott was very easy to work with and answered all my questions with promptness and detail. I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our needs as it took us directly on the road to the college. It is also is very close to Broadway at the Beach which is quite an interesting place! I would highly recommend staying here as well as working with the owner.

  My family and I rented this condo for a few days so that we could celebrate New Year's Eve in Myrtle Beach. We were not disappointed! This condo is exactly as described, very spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the Sea Captain's Restaurant next door for breakfast, as well as the close proximity to Broadway at the Beach. The weather was beautiful and we even were able to walk on the beach. My mother has never been to Myrtle beach and enjoyed herself. I would highly recommend this condo as a great alternative to a hotel room or suite. Thank you for offering your condo to us for our stay.

  We stayed here for Thanks Giving week and had a great ime. First time staying at the Caribbean Resort and we were happy with our decision. The weather was on the cool side, but the kids had enough indoor activities to keep them busy. They spent at least 2 hours every day in the indoor heated lazy river and swimming pool. The resort also has a game room and good size Gym. My wife and I spent about 45 minutes in the gym to lose those extra holiday pounds. Impressive how the whole building and common areas are well maintained and clean. For Starbucks fans, there is a new Starbucks coffee shop just across the street where we got our coffee. If we felt like room service, we just sent the teen boys out to get the coffee. Worked out nicely. The owners of the condo has furnished comfortably, with flat screen TV in every room, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. We were able to cook a 12 pound turkey for thanks giving. Great view from the master bedroom and living room balconies. We were right on the beach so on warmer days we went out for a walk on the beach. Finally back home from vacation and we realized we forgot to pack my daughter's new clothes that we bought at Tanger outlet on Black Friday. I sent an email to Scott the owner of the condo, who promptly had his staff overnight the items to us. Overall we had great time and enjoyed this spacious condo.

  This is one of the nicest resorts ive stayed at in all of the years i been vacationing at myrtle beach. i rented condo 601 it is beautiful decorated and the owner communicated very well with me when making plans to arrive.. The resort itself is in a very relaxing quite section . The condo was very, very clean and had every thing you could ask for in the kitchen. the washer and dryer is awesome... Me and the guest that went with me all agree thiis is the best vacation we have shared together .for the condo and the resort itself is extra extra nice.. I do hope to go back in oct and have this same condo if it is available..

  We had a very enjoyable vacation in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the amenities of the resort and the full size washer and dryer. Scott was very nice to deal with. We hope to return next year.

  Our family stayed in Scott's condo 4/20/12-4/25/12. We all had a great time! Great ocean views. The description and photos of the condo are very accurate. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The washer and dryer are fantastic. Our whole family from 4 yr old to grandparents really enjoyed the heated pools (really heated). We have rented from many condo owners in the past, and I must say dealing with Scotts was one of the best experiences ever! He answered all questions and concerns promptly. We will definitely visit again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Our my favorite place to eat locally was Angelos Italian Steak House-the best Marsala ever!

  We really enjoyed staying at this condo it was a perfect location for everything! We were in MB for the marathon in february and it was a great experience, everyone loved the spacious condo and its great amenities with hot tubs and lazy river. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again, hopefully for the race again next year!

  This was our families first time spending Thanksgiving at the beach and it was wonderful. Scott's condo was everything that we needed, it was in perfect condition, clean, nice solid furniture, large closets and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Huge flat screen TVs to watch all the ballgames on and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a large traditional Thanksgiving Dinner. Best of all there was three large bathrooms so there was no fighting over bathroom time. We also loved having a washer and dryer right there in the condo to do laundry or to just dry out our bathing suits. The location of the hotel is close to everything we wanted to do and there was plenty of indoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub space for us to use. We have stayed many times at the Caribbean and our first in one of Scott's condos this vacation ranks right up there with the others. Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had about the condo and was very helpful with anything we needed. I would recommend this condo highly. Thanks Scott
