I would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone looking to get away for a romantic weekend. There is so much attention to detail in all areas of decor and lighting in this Moroccan getaway. The fridge was filled for us with so many things for breakfast and even a bottle of "the bubbly" to help us celebrate our 15 year anniversary all supplied by Elizabeth. The information book that is in the apartment details where to go and highlights of the area very well, the closest T station is not even a half a mile away and easy to walk to. We walked right to Little Italy within 15 minutes where I was transported back to my childhood days in New York when my Italian grandparents street would have block parties with homemade food out in carts on the street, music and lots of laughter. We ate and drank (probably a bit too much) but also walked a lot so we had no guilt! We had a wonderful weekend and we definitely want to come back next year if life allows us! Thanks so much Elizabeth! You made our weekend wonderful!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The Moroccan Suite in Charlestown (better known, it appears among the cabbies, as ChuckTown) is certainly the most comfortable, well equipped and welcoming apartment we have rented. We travel a good deal and rent apartments wherever we go. This was a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, the taxi from Logan was a brief ride and Elizabeth was there to greet us. We sooo enjoyed meeting her and having the complete orientation of the Suite. It was wonderful that the a/c was on earlier so the apartment was very comfortable when we arrived... it was the end of June and it was warm!!! From the moment we entered, we just loved this apartment! We were there for an entire week. Our past experience has often been that an apartment has felt so wonderful on arrival and after a few days, it begins to wear a little thin. Not here! We enjoyed some lovely meals in the apartment; the kitchen was well furnished; each day the refrigerator was restocked with breakfast items. The shower was wonderful, great water pressure (am I being too detailed, but we loved this!), the bed was sooo comfortable...slept like babies!!!! The location was very convenient. Just two blocks to the Bunker Hill Monument, and the beginning of the Freedom Trail, made this an easy walk into historic downtown Boston; or from the Navy Yard, take the fun water taxi into Long Wharf.... or the Community College T stop, everywhere in Boston is within easy reach. I could wax on! We love this apartment; we love the gracious hosting of Elizabeth and we fully intend to make this our boston home each time we are there!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Wow, this place is amazing! Not what you would normally think of when looking for "Boston" accommodations, but wonderfully surprising. The unit is exquisitely furnished and decorated down to every last detail. Elizabeth was always readily available for anything we needed. She even 'services' the condo every day with things like fresh orange juice, creamer and snacks! Amazing! Never stayed at a VRBO that did that!. Excellent location in Charlestown; close to historic taverns and Beacon Hill. Would absolutely recommend this to others and would stay there again. Our only suggestion for improvement would be more lighting in the bathroom: hard to do your makeup.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Dear Guests, Thank you so much for this wonderful review! It is rewarding to know that you enjoyed your visit and took the time and care to notice all the details. I appreciate also your suggestion concerning the bathroom lighting--a lighted make-up mirror and/or additional sconce would be a great idea. I hope to welcome you both back in the future and wish all the best. Kind regards, Elizabeth

Looking for an apartment in Boston I gladly found this wonderful suite - it is marvellous, wonderfull, overwhelming - everything you need is there and even more .... Elizabeth is such a carying host:: always filled fridge adjusted to your needs and wishes..; she is so kind and helpfull - you cant get a better host. The apartment is ideally located - you can easily get to the center, everything in walking distance - at least for us. And if you prefer the T (underground) or the bus it's also only about a some minutes walk. We liked it so much to stay there and to get known to Elizabeth that we will come back soon for sure..
