Lodging Features: This modern, tropical 3-story townhome can be found at Courtyard at Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This home features tiles in the living room, kitchen, hall and bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have carpet flooring. The upscale kitchen features granite countertops, wood panel cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay more convenient.

Some of these items include the following: a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The round, wood dining room table has seating for 6 people and there are also 3 additional barstools at the kitchen counter. There is a half bath located downstairs as well. The beautiful living room has plenty of seating for everyone to gather and wind down after a long day at the beach, sightseeing or shopping.

There is a relaxing sofa that may be converted into a queen sofa bed at night if needed. The entertainment features of the living room include a T.V., DVD player and a CD stereo system. To access the screened in porch, just use the floor to ceiling glass doors. From here, you will have a view of the lovely grounds of the property.

On the second floor, you will find a nautical theme bedroom with 2 twin beds. This room also has a T.V. and DVD player. There is a bathroom that is attached to this bedroom as well. Down the hall and located directly in your vacation retreat is a stackable washer and dryer. The gorgeous master bedroom has a warm and cozy king bed waiting for your arrival. This room also has a T.V. and DVD player.

The master bath features a large Jacuzzi tub. From the master bedroom, you may access the covered balcony and have an even better view of the well maintained grounds. On the third floor, you will find a loft with a wrought iron daybed and a T.V. All linens and towels are provided to make your stay complete.

Resort Features: The Courtyard at Gulf Place is just across the street from the soft sugary white sand beach, and with three beach accesses for Gulf Place guests, getting there is no problem. Gulf Place has many shops and restaurants just steps from your front door, including Miss Lucille's Coffee-Shop, The Smiling Fish Cafe, and Amore Pizzeria, where you dine outside in order to get the best of the shining sun and cool breeze.

The Amphitheatre offers concerts and a large grassy area where the children can play - don't forget to pack a frisbee! The bike paths are incredible as you can ride to the world famous Seaside, which is just a short, beautiful five mile ride. No need going through the trouble of loading your bikes... there is a bike rental shop in Gulf Place Community Shops. You will find that Courtyard at Gulf Place in the Gulf Place Community is a place of peace and quiet with no high rises, traffic or congestion.

You will enjoy the easy access to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as Gulfarium, scuba diving, parasailing, Big Kahuna's water park, dolphin cruises, fishing, go-cart tracks, miniature golf, numerous restaurants and shopping centers such as the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and Pier Park.
