The Duck Inn offers two private self contained cottages - The Water Garden and Willow Cottage. Both perch on pilings at the edge of the Fraser River in Ladner, a historic fishing village just half an hour south of Vancouver and 20 minutes from the US border.
The Water Garden, at river level, has a large living/dining/kitchen area, a gas fireplace, TV/VCR/CD/stereo, a king-sized feather bed, a slate and glass block rainwater shower... its main feature is a large roofed and partially enclosed riverfront verandah with a deep two-person soaker tub, barbecue, and little duck pond.
Willow Cottage, up the ivy covered staircase, has a sunny balcony with wonderful water and mountain views. A wood-burning fireplace, TV/VCR/CD/stereo, king-sized feather bed, jetted tub, and full kitchen are some of its many amenities. Willow Cottage guests have their barbecue under the riverside weeping willow, and the hot tub in our floating Florida room is reserved for them.
All our guests are welcome to relax on our dock, explore the river in the canoe, bike the back roads of the delta, laze in hammocks in our waterfront garden, and feed the many ducks and swans that swim by.

- Kid Friendly: The River Roost, a charming Children's Room with half bath, adjoins Willow Cottage and can be rented with the Cottage for an additional fee.

RATES are per COTTAGE for 2 people.
SUMMER .. $190/night (1 nt) .. $180/night (2-6 nts) .. $1120/week.
WINTER .. $170/night (1 nt) .. $160/night (2-6 nts) .. $980/week.
Two Extra Guests can be accommodated in Willow Cottage's second bedrom for $50.

PET FEE $20 per night for a small pet in the Water Garden Cottage only
