  First and foremost I want to apologize for the late review. I could not let more time pass w/o raving of the wonderful experience my family and I had in Quito Ecuador. Not only were the places we visited prenominal but the company of Patricio (our guide) and the amiable personality of all those connected to this apt made this experience unforgettable. The apt was spotless at time of arrival. The building is modern and clean. There is a security person in the front desk at all times. The apt is fairly close to everything. Easy walking to restaurants, stores and deli shops. Through all the mayhem of missing my flight in the US and not arriving with all my luggage, Roccio and Martha were more than helpful and accommodating. The pictures are accurate. We highly recommend this property to friends and family - you won't be disappointed.

  I am a person who travels a lot because my job requires, and this is the best apartment I've found in my trips, the contact person is very friendly and was always aware of all the details before and during my stay with them. Thank you for your hospitality and I will return in 2014.   I recommend this condo that was my vacation lovely place!, This apartment has everything you could ask to be comfortable, I felt at home, is located close to everything, restaurants, shops, malls, bars, theaters, churches, the area is very safe and the security guards are good people, my holiday destination was fantastic. I hope to return to Quito next year, I will contact Rocio again for this wonderful place! The people in charge, thank you for being kind with me.

  The apartment has everything listed and more! It was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed for a delightful breakfast was in the fridge when we arrived late. A welcoming bowl of fruit was also on the dining room table. Everyone we met connected with this apartment was friendly and helpful beyond our expectations. The owner even helped us by email to arrange transportation whenever we wanted to go beyond Quito and when we wanted to know something about where to find places and things. If you are looking for a central location in Quito, with easy access to the historical center, and other Quito sites, this is an ideal place. Everything about this apartment and the owner, driver, and the caretaker made this a home away from home.

  My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of this rental. We were promptly picked up at the airport and driven to the airport despite our arrival after midnight. The apartment was stocked with all toiletries (soap, shampoo, towels, etc) as was the kitchen (juice, milk, bread, cheese, ham, etc). It was also very nice to have access to a cell phone (provided by the owner so we could make local calls) as well as the free wifi in the building. Location is near many restaurants and bars, and it's definitely walkable to the old town, but a $3 cab ride does the trick, too. We were provided access to a driver for a very reasonable fee whenever we needed it, and he was extremely helpful, personable and showed us many great things. If my wife and I are in Quito again, I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this place highly to any friends or family. Thanks for a wonderful experience in Ecuador!

  One month in Quito went by very rapidly in this bright, clean and well located apartment, beginning with our late night arrival and prearranged transportation from the airport to the time we departed. Upon arrival we had ample food stocked in the nicely equipped kitchen with some very nice pots and pans to cook with for the first day. The Super Maxi market was just five short blocks away for nearly any sort of food and drink supplies one could ask for, as well as many little shops nearby. With Quitos amazing climate, neither heat or air conditioning is required. Our windows were always open and best of all, no bugs. This apartment was at least as good as advertised with no surprises including building security. Incidentally, the building is new, modern and very clean. We felt totally safe. A big thanks to Rocio, Martha and Patrecio for being patient with us and our very poor Spanish language skills.

  I went back to Quito this time with my family and I stayed again in this great apartment, my family really enjoyed the apartment, the area, restaurant, store. We did walk to Carolina Park, my kids enjoyed the park a lot, we did walk to the other park Elejido my kids liked a lot this park too. We enjoyed an ice cream together el Pinguino ice cream!! very delicious!!, the apartment is very good located. The driver Patricio is very friendly and he took us to Quito Colonial, the tours were incredible! Quito is beautiful; Otavalo, Mindo, Middle of the world, Patrico is a veru god driver, the lady is charge is more that super nice person. My kids improved their Spanish. We will be back to Quito again, I hope it iwll be soon, and we will stay in this great apartment!.. Thanks for having us.

  My husband and I live in Ecuador and often spend time in Quito, where we prefer to stay in apartments than in hotels. We LOVED this apartment. It's clean, comfortable, in a new building with great security, and it's in a perfect location in Quito. On the edge of La Mariscal, away from the noise of the tourist section, close to the Marriott, El Jardin Mall and our favorite Parque La Carolina. And by the way, the apartment is outfitted with everything you need -- not like a typical rental but as if someone really lived there. Everything went like clockwork and we look forward to staying in this apartment again soon.

  The apartment is super clean, nicely furnished, and in a great nieghborhood. Close enough to walk to Carolina park and to Foch Plaza. Owner answered all questions before and during our stay, she checked to insure that we were enjoying ourselves. Her local person was super friendly and also made sure we were enjoying our trip. Because we were staying two weeks, there was a mid-term cleaning added. We could have eaten off the floors because the place was so clean. Everything is in excellent working order. We opted for Pickup at the Airport, The Local person was at the Airport holding a sign with our name, a welcome sight after a flight. We also opted for return to Airport, a good thing we did... a major mixup at the Airport on Flights and seats. Local person (wish i could use her name) stayed with up and worked on the details. Double WOW !!!!! My wife speaks a little Spanish and I speak almost none, so she saved us. The driver was excellent, she is familar with driving in Quito traffic (where the horn is used more than the brake). We felt safe in the area and especially in the apartment building. There is a security person at the desk 24 x 7. The evelvators have a system where you have a security car that allows access to your floor and Terrace. Not sure how soon we will return to Quito, but we will be visiting friends when we return.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo in March 2012, I can't say enough about how lovely a condo and how clean it was. Rocio was excellent to deal with and very accommodating, we could not have stayed at a better condo. If we go back to Quito we will definitely rent this condo. Easy walking to restaurants and stores. Pictures are accurate, and we would recommend this property to friends and family.
