This spacious feeling two story residence has high ceilings, lots of light and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. Two living rooms and a patio make it easy to socialize or find space to be alone as the mood strikes you. One of the living rooms has two day beds. The house offers a complete kitchen, comfortable dinning room, TV with cable and the convenience of wireless internet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms both with a king beds. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to a shared terrace. A full bath is located on each floor. Increased privacy and security is provided by a fully fenced and gated yard.
Casa de Luz is perfectly located to access all Cozumel has to offer while enabling you to feel like local in days. Just 14 blocks west of this island home is the waterfront and main square where local shops, the ferry pier and community events make wandering an adventure. A few minutes to the north is the “Conch Shell” and the road that takes you east to beautiful beaches on the other side of the island. If heading north or south for scuba diving is on your schedule, you will be able to circumvent the downtown bustle and get to where you want to go easier and faster via 65th Avenue. When you arrive at the Cozumel airport you will be a five minute ride from home. Parking will not be a problem at this vacation home as it is for those at the center of town.

Why the Owner Chose Cozumel Island
I grew up in Hawaii and going to Cozumel always feels like going home. The incredible warm, clear, blue water, great scuba diving, nice people and tranquil pace are a healing balm for my soul. When I lived in Cozumel, visitors would always tell me that my home felt so peaceful and relaxing. I think of it as a refuge from the hectic pace of modern life.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I like being part of the local community and really enjoy walking. The location is great for getting away from the tourists while still being able to walk to town and the waterfront, and access the more distant beaches by car quickly.
