This is the best condo for your money. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you need to feel like home. It is walking distance to the beach, supermarket and stores. There is a private pool for the residences and places to lay out to soak up some sun! There is a BBQ pavilion where you can cook up some steaks/vegetables or whatever! We cooked some meals here and enjoyed them on the lanai. This would be perfect for couples or small families. Owner provides a binder with lots of stuff on Maui and also has books as well. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family and would stay here again.

This was, by far, the best place we've ever stayed in Hawaii. The condo is all beautifully appointed, well-stocked, centrally located and relaxing from the moment we walked in the door. The lovely lanai is so peaceful, overlooking the gardens. We ate breakfast there EVERY morning and even a few dinners, too. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance and a golf course just 4 blocks away! We enjoyed the snorkel gear, coolers and beach chairs. Honestly, we probably saved $800 or more by eating in and not renting/buying all our gear. We've already reserved our next stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. it was clean and beautiful as shown in the pictures. The owner was very helpful and the on site management was warm and friendly. We have and will continue to recommend this property to friends and family. We enjoyed fining dining at Sorrentos and spent most days on the family friendly beach at Five Palms.

The condo suited us perfectly. We were 2 couples, no children with us, but it would work perfectly for a family with kids also. Condo was very neat & tidy when we arrived and the welcome basket was such a special touch. Great layout and enjoyed all our meals on the lanai. Convenient location to restaurants, grocery store, gelato, shopping, beaches, you name it. And only 15 or so minutes from the airport which was a real bonus also. Owner also had lots of travel guides including a restaurant guide that helped us plan our vacation. Loved our stay and it was so easy to make ourselves at home in this beautifully decorated unit. Mahalo!

Excellent Condo in Kihei

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Maui. The condo was everything we had hoped for and then some. It was very nicely decorated and very clean. The updated kitchen is beautifully done. There were 4 of us and it was the perfect size. We spent a lot of time on the lanai eating and relaxing. The grounds were well maintained, and the pool and large hot tub were great. The outdoor kitchen/grills made cooking very convenient. The people at the complex were all friendly. The beds are very comfortable which is a real plus. The owner has thoughtfully provided so many items to make our vacation even nicer. The binder of information is very helpful. We visited all of the beaches on her list. There is shopping/restaurants within walking distance and lots more just a short drive away. Sushi lovers must try Sansei, it is excellent! Our kids rented paddle boards which were a blast. Kapalua Bay was our favorite beach with crystal clear water with great snorkeling and swimming. Would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family. Also enjoyed the complimentary wine!

Excellent Condo in Kihei

My family and I had a great time on our 10 day visit to Maui. The condo was everything we had hoped it would be and then some. The complex is very nicely maintained with a beautiful pool and large hot tub. The outdoor kitchen/grills made it very convenient for cooking and everyone was friendly. The condo was just the right size for the 4 of us. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable beds which is always a plus! We spent a lot of time on the lanai for eating and relaxing. The owner's guidebook was very helpful, especially in recommending beaches to visit. All of them were great. Our most favorite spot was Kapalua Bay, great snorkeling and swimming with crystal clear water which we discovered on our last day! The condo is in a great location with shopping/restaurants within walking distance. If you like sushi, be sure to try Sansei - it is simply the best! The kids rented paddle boards and had a blast. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Also, the complimentary wine was wonderful!

This condo is a bargan. Everything in the place is top of the line and the beds are heavenly to sleep on. The kitchen is better stocked than home. We used the pool and the hottub alot, the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Shopping was close so we cooked in a few nights and had wonderful meals on the lanai overlooking the mountain. Wonderful sunsets on the beach lasted for an hour. We drove to some of the best beaches in ten minutes and used the snorkle equiptment and coolers that are provided. The owner also provided great Maui books and some great coupons for Lahaina, Im coming back as soon as I get more vacation time so I can explore Hana. Maholo!

Great Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The entire process for making the reservation and getting the necessary information went smoothly, and the directions for finding the condo were easy to follow. It was very convenient to stop at the grocery store just a few blocks away. The unit was clean and beautifully furnished and compete with all the amenities we could ask for. Most of our meals were prepared in the kitchen that provided all the dishes, cookware, utensils and spices that we needed. The lanai was used every day for meals and games. It was very pleasant with great views of the beautifully manicured lawns and incredible flowering trees and flower beds. We enjoyed walking on the beach - so many interesting shapes of coral. For anyone visiting Maui, I highly recommend the snorkeling/scuba diving adventure on the AliiNui from the Maui Dive Shop. We truly were treated royally. Possibly our favorite part of our stay was the Warren & Annabelle's Magic Show. It was the greatest show ever and kept us laughing continually. Our only regret is that we didn't schedule more time on Maui. We definitely plan to return.

The unit is central to great dining and wonderful beaches. We highly recommend Big Beach. It is wide open. It has more of a local feel than a resort feel. For the resort feel try Polo Beach by the Fairmont. I don't recommend the beach in front of the unit for swimming or laying out but it is fun to watch the locals fish and scavenge for shells. It did get windy at the beaches in the afternoon so we did spend time at the complex pool, which is a great place to relax. Sensai Sushi restaurant was AMAZING!!!! We went there to celebrate our anniversary and loved it, been craving it ever since. We definately plan to come back.

We really enjoyed our time in the condo. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to feel at home (or better). I recommend stopping by Costco when you leave the airport (a few blocks away). Stock up and get stuff to pack to the beach. The unit is central to great dining and wonderful beaches. A group of us stayed here for a couple of nights in August and we were all very happy with the accommodations! First of all, the instructions from the owner about getting to the condo, and what we needed to do when we arrived were extremely helpful, plus the condo itself was very nicely decorated and had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was really well stocked with appliances, so cooking our own meals at home was enjoyable and helped keep costs down. There were plenty of linens for the beds, bath-towels, beach-towels, beach equipment (boogie boards, coolers, beach-bags, snorkel equipment, etc.), and even extra sunscreen! It wasn't an ocean view, but it had a nice garden view with a deck overlooking the pool area, and the beach was a short walk away. There was also a grocery store and several coffee shops/restaurants located within walking distance of the condo. The one down side is that the closest beach is not a good swimming beach, but it was perfect for watching the sunset and turtles in the surf! Plus, the really good swimming beaches were only a short car trip away! We also really enjoyed the booklet left by the owners there recommending good beaches, restaurants, etc. Overall, the location was good, the condo was very clean and ready for us upon arrival, the owner was very helpful and prompt in answering all of my questions (especially considering that our reservation was quite last-minute), and the price was very fair and reasonable! We also really enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine from the owner's own vineyard! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone I know going to Maui!

The condo is a modern and beautiful home-away-from-home and helped make our Maui adventure with 3 little children actually RELAXING! The kitchen is extremely well stocked and we were able to prepare most of our meals at "home", dining on the lanai with a view that rivals any fancy restaurant. The bedrooms and living areas are clean and so comfortable. We were so impressed by the owner's attention to detail--from a cooler to snorkel gear and sand toys to reusable shopping bags, she hasn't missed a thing. KGE grounds are beautiful (and have a friendly community feeling) and the pool was great (the kids' favorite part of our whole trip). The location of the condo makes it private, but also very easy to access from the street, and convenient to beach and grocery access. We couldn't ask for more (and the price was fantastic!) and will certainly be back!

Maui has been just as amazing as I remember it when I came over here with my family. I spent the majority of time soaking up the sun on the beaches and playing food critic (using Top Maui Restaurants guide located in unit) to a number of restaurants on the island. My favorites are Cafe Mambo in Paia for their crispy duck burger - yes duck.. its delicious! Mama's Fish House for great fish if you are willing to spend a small fortune on good food ($38 - $50 for dinner) but well worth it!! Sansei in Kihei - this was quite possibly the best meal I have ever had, let alone the best sushi! The Tiki Lounge (Kihei) is a great local bar and has some of the best bartenders on the island. If you're feeling adventurous, go for a hike in the bamboo forest along the road to Hana. If you make it out of the forest you will find at least 3 waterfalls but you have to be willing to swim through a lagoon to reach the last one! All in all this is an incredible island with so much to see & do which makes boarding the plan for the mainland a difficult decision. Had a great stay in a beautiful condo on a beautiful island,, who could ask for more? Aloha! Michelle

..is the beginning of a fun, relaxing stay at Kihei Garden Estates. The nearby beaches are fantastic and you can take your pick if you want to swim, snorkel, or kayak! The restaurants too are fabulous and there is a wonderful variety of ethnic choices. Some are walkable - others are a short drive. So, who could ask for more - beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, and a great place to rest your head at night! Aloha - Cindy

I stayed a week at Julie's lovely Kihei condo. I found the condo immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well equipped-the bottle of wine was particularly great! Getting up each morning and viewing the mountain in the morning is an experience not to miss. The location of this condo is superb as it is within walking distance not only to a fine local grocery store, but also to some wonderful restaurants. The beach is quite walkable, easily accessed, and I loved making "sunset" cocktails and sitting on the beach watching the sun go down over the Pacific Ocean. I mean does it get any better?! I spent a lovely week in paradise in a beautiful condo.
